Been a bit over 3 months since switching over to the @leupoldoptics Delta Point Pro. A older model yes, but I've been pleasantly surprised with how much I have enjoyed the unit.

The only true gripe I have, is emitter reflection in the glass. Other than that, all the other "concerns" I initially had, have been non issues.

Battery life has been good thus far. The control, while somewhat cumbersome, isn't a big deal. The glass is better (and much less blue) than most new pistol dots I've seen and tried. And, I absolutely love that the battery compartment doesn't involve a cap, or tray, or dumb hardware.

I think there's a lot to be said for the legacy of the DPP. While it has less "features" than newer units, i haven't felt like I'm missing anything honestly.

A hair smaller than a 507comp, bigger than a ACRO and RMR, and it looks damn good.

What a weekend.

First let me say, no amount of thanks is enough for @obsessedsportsman and @nov_whiskey

Without these guys, my experience at Gap Grind 2026 would not have been possible. Super good dudes, absolute GM humans.

The drive to learn and be a student is something I will never tire of. In some ways, I had forgotten how to be a student, and the time spent with these guys reminded me that. The journey never ends. Every failure is one step closer to success.
Never lose that hunger and drive to step out of your comfort zone and be the new guy. You’ll learn new stuff, sure- but you’ll learn even more about yourself.

This was initially me checking PRS off the bucket list. But let me tell you…

PRS is now on the menu. Stay hungry dudes.

Whenever I get tired or worn down, I love to reflect on the blessings in life. The relationships built and the memories made. There is such a bright future to look forward to! Jesus has won the war, and one day He will come back in victory!

So rejoice with me brothers!

For life is full of blessings!

Cherish the moment!

It’s wild sometimes to think this is technically “work”.
