my love letter to summer

arguably a harder goodbye,
thank you academy volleyball for giving me lifelong best friends and for showing me how to be a leader in times of adversity. every single coach, player, and parent have made an everlasting impact on who i am as a human being.
i love you all with my whole heart, i’m going to miss competing with the best in the country with my band of idiots. we showed them indiana can ball❤️🙏

4 years at Emmanuel gave me so many things. A home, lifelong friends, future career, and most of all it showed me that my story wasn't over. I saw no future with volleyball or my degree but God led me to a better path. He did that by bringing people in my life who made me realize my potential. Couldn't have had this opportunity without my dad who has been taking me to volleyball for over 10 years now. Every person who has coached me and been my teamate these past years it has been an honor. Emmanuel= God with us.

Josh Staehler may be considered an underclassman when it comes to collegiate men's volleyball, but his skill, grit and determination on the court make him a head-turner in @confcarolinas.
