‘Effort is the only currency’

Well yeah, but also kinda no.

That being said, effort without the right direction and environment is fairly fucking useless init boys.

Whether in person or online, we make a deal with the lads we coach

You make the effort and do not relent no matter the circumstances, we will make sure the foundations and plans are laid out ahead for you.

One thing we need to remember as coaches

We are not for everyone, which is fine

That’s something we used to try and be, relatable and for everyone.

Because to most we’re not relatable, to be honest I’m pretty okay with it…

Because, let’s be honest, the vast majority of lads seem to be comfortable being fat and unmotivated to make a change to their lives.

They’re fairly settled moaning like fuck about others doing well and pointing the finger at every possible reason why they’re still moving hella chunky, mad though init….the finger never points at themselves.

Always someone else’s fault.

If you want to ‘relate’ to us more and you’re sick of being the parcel in your group of mates.

For once, take some pride in your appearance and take action fellas.

You’re not broken boys.

You know there’s time to fix it.

Hybrid training builds a body that lifts heavy, moves el rapido and performs under pressure.

Strength, endurance and daily discipline is what matters.

Sort your nutrition, add recovery and have a form of daily structure…..

you can fix the problem boys.

No plan.
No structure.
Just hoping the week clicks.

That’s how most of you lot roll on a weekly - and it’s exactly why YOU fall off by Tuesday night.

Our SGPT lads are built different.

They’re taught structure from day one.

They don’t hope the week clicks - they make it count.

Prepared. Accountable. Locked in.

That’s why the progress looks different.

If your week already feels messy - it’s time to change how you start it.

Reach out, stop messing about.

2025 waits for no one.

Results don’t come to those who sit back

They come to those who show up and put in the work.

Lads…. Are you ready to grind, ready to be held accountable, and ready to DOMINATE in 2025.

LIMITED SPOTS—once it’s full, it’s full.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of the team that gets RESULTS.

Quality over Quantity

Then increase the quantity

When the quantity becomes poor quality

Repeat the process with a higher start point that last time (miles / weight on the bar / rotate training stimulus)

Easy right?

HPC DEEP IN THE PROGRAMS this week for our team smashing the first week of their 2025 training block 🫡

Doin a bit
