After a long hiatus, @Joshudrew is back with a Quick Update!

Not just a song, but a look back. From the first single: “Next Year” to a whole album @Spotify took down without a warning. From a bedroom that was a safe space to a frightening stage. About loss, the friends who stayed and the ones who left, and the faith that kept him standing.

Podium Take-Over: Poets at the Table

📍 Locatie: Laaktheater
🗓️ Datum: Donderdag 24 september
🕒 Tijd: 20:00 – 22:00 (inloop vanaf 19:30)

“Next Year” is about hope in the middle of uncertainty. A reminder that growth isn’t linear, healing takes time, and every new chapter is another chance to become who you’re meant to be.

Sometimes we spend so much time trying to keep up with life that we forget to make time for ourselves.

Here’s to making time, trusting God, and believing that next year can be different.

Next Year by @JOSHUDREW. Out Now.

“Before You Forget” captures the emotional push and pull of a relationship that’s falling apart. It begins with the hope of being loved and understood, but slowly turns into disappointment, resentment, and the difficult process of letting go.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t losing someone it’s accepting that they’re no longer the person you believed they were. In the end, the song is about choosing to move forward, knowing there’s something healthier waiting beyond the pain.
