Christmas, chaos and calorie burning. Out Now on Youtube ♥️ Everyone loves to say “eat less, move more” like we’re not grown women with jobs, plans, emotions, Christmas dinners, and a nervous system hanging on by a thread.

This week is gym, yes.
But it’s also Christmas Day, bowling, stuffing my face with turkey, celebrating birthdays, SLEEEPING DEEPLY and not spiralling because I didn’t train “perfectly”.

Some days you lift,
Some days you have no energy.
Some days you eat like a lil piggy, live, laugh, bowl… and that still counts.

I’m not trying to punish my body, train because it makes you feel good, strong, and sane, not because I think I need to earn your calories, that can be a toxic mindset.

This is fitness when you’re well fuelled up for the workouts, your grown, and your refusing to lose the plot.

If you’re tired of extremes, rules, and the suffering for results culture… come sit here. We’re REALISTIC over here.

Wearing Gymshark in Cloud Pink and Animal Whitney Simmons Collection, and a set in the colour midnight purple, because their gymwear is tea.

Videos shot or directed by me in 2025 🎥

This year my goal was to step more into videography and directing, but I didn’t own a video camera until around 2 months ago

I overcame this by hiring equipment, directing and managing a small production team and working hard until I was eventually able to make the investment myself

I’ve learned a lot this year, worked on loads of fun projects and became a better problem solver in general

Here are the highlights of my year in video, with a massive thank you to

Pieces of the week. The gym 🏋🏾‍♂️, the city 🌃 , and everything in between. Collecting moments that keep me grounded 😇.

Gave this routine a try tonight. Felt great, although after this and the leg press I’m not sure “great” is how I’ll feel when I wake up.

Gotta work the arms tomorrow so I’ll peruse IG later (after I finish putting the podcast together) for exercises. And maybe some playlists.
