Our Living Voice Retreat, Snowdonia 🍁🍂✨

Grateful for these transformational and inspiring days we shared in the mountains of Snowdonia, in the deep holding of Cae Mabon sanctuary and the land.

Thank you all for being there with open hearts and minds, exploring the nature of soul voice activation, trusting in pathways of healing, exchanging knowledge, and voicing authentically.

It’s a real miracle to witness the power of community co-creation when we feel safe in our bodies.

I receive the guidance and wisdom brought forth by this beautiful shared experience, to grow deeper into self knowing and in my purpose in this life.

@jenniferrosamusic @josiecorke @taro.gra , Eden, James @cae_mabon 🙏❤️🌸✨🕊

So much love

A little journey into the magical mountains of North Wales. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐑✨

A few beautiful days where two Dragon Lines are believed to meet.

Sitting by the fire, singing by the stream, reconnecting with the land and rediscovering my own voice.

Bare feet on the earth, cool spring water in my hands. 🌿

A gentle reminder that wherever we come from, we share the same sky and belong to the same Earth.

So grateful for this beautiful experience. 💚✨

Our Living Voice

I’m so grateful for these moments in life that teach me so much about how to be, how to find the balance within whilst holding and sharing my heart.

What a blessing it is to guide these spaces and to witness the expansive expression of those who come to participate.

Thank you to Cae Mabón, the precious fairy filled land for holding us, and the magic of Snowdonia for leaving me in awe and deeper in purpose and knowing where I am going, to the sacred waters for filling me always with inspiration.

Beautiful Cymru, thank you.

It was an honour to design and create this beautiful chest piece for my dear sister @myth.andmagic

Honouring the womb wisdom, her journey of transformation in the alpujarras, the spirit of the deer and much more 🌹

I love tattoos that ornament and adorn the body like this!

Thank you Eden for your trust 🪐

Samhain Heart Songs, November 1st, Glastonbury

A candlelit evening with soulful song weavers.

Celebrating the turning towards the inward season, and the voices of our ancestors
- the songs, stories and wisdom that still live within us.

As we move through the turning spiral of creation and winter’s breath returns, we gather to dream of new ways of bringing beauty, balance, and light into the darkening days.

Come to cosy up with a warm rose-cacao brew,
and be held in a dreamy Samhain musical voyage
within a resonant church chamber in Avalon. 🌹

Doors open at 6:30 pm
Music begins at 7:00 pm

leaping across thresholds,
setting sun becoming something older than daylight, long bodies stretch out around us.

offering voice to river,
our songs merge as one & carry off somewhere we could not follow.

between the last light & first stars,
through tolmen a-three, guarded by wasps, asking ancients of prosperity.

we leave one world and enter another,
stretching & bending time & space, to worship & pray to a temple of earth.

gathering in circle to converse with spirit,
all elements welcomed, burning hearth, sky rivers, gusting breeze & ancestor stones.

entering into communion to forget our forgetful ways,
until a new days begins & we bow to this land for the blessing that it is to be re-born once again.

Pilgrims of the dawn
We shall carry the light, deep within the night.
The flame remaining bright.
Blazing from the center, a ray of sun.
Still yet to come, yet always present.
Within the chests hum,
I begin to run towards
that which was always true.
An origin of one.

My experience of burnout isn’t an isolated case. As the cracks in the current story widen, the violence of modern society is showing up more and more in our nervous systems.

Not just through fatigue and burnout, but in subtler ways too. Manipulation and polarisation (fight). Compulsive busyness and escapism (flight). Numbness and apathy (freeze). Losing oneself in service to others (fawn).

Our nervous system state is the soil in which we plant the seeds for what comes next. If we want what grows to be as beautiful as we intend, that soil needs tending.

The gathering we’re organising next weekend is in service to exactly that — so if you’re free and fancy a last-minute adventure, check out the link in my bio.

And if you can’t make it but want to stay in the loop for future gatherings, our mailing list is there too. 🌱

Meet your facilitators. Explore the programme. Join the movement. 🌳🙌🌍

We’re calling all activists, changemakers, and those working towards a better world to join us in North Devon, 2nd-4th October for a weekend of embodiment, land connection, and collective enquiry.

Together, we’ll be exploring a vital question:

How do we decolonise our relationship to the work of change-making, and weave a culture of care, connection, and sustainability into both our present lives and the future we’re creating?

Expect a rich programme of somatics, movement, breathwork, animism, and herbal resilience - all designed to support you back into rest, regulation, and deeper connection - with yourself, the land, and each other.

We’re on a mission forge a culture of rebelliously resourced, grounded, and sustainable movements for change ~ because we know that the future we’re building has to come from a different place than the one we’re resisting.

Domnu Valley, North Devon
2nd-4th October

If this speaks to you, we’d love to welcome you.

See pinned posts for more info and to save your spot!

‘All of life is you’ just reached 500k streams!
An outcome I never could have predicted for this little song I wrote on my way home from work one day, and later completed sitting on the floor of my tiny cottage. I recently found the very first recording of this song, so I thought I’d make a small video to reminisce on the journey so far- from those very first sound journeys in Hout Bay to international stages we never dreamed we would stand on. And it’s all thanks to each of you that have streamed our music, shared it, sung it in circles. Thank you.
Thank you to all of the people that helped bring this music into the world, the constant support from the very beginning makes it all possible.

Thank you for listening, and thank you for making our dreams a reality 🎶♥️
