POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Home sick today and apparently THIS is how I’m choosing to recover. 😂😂😂

I asked ChatGPT to create a mascot based on my personality and what it knows about me… and apparently it decided Oakley and I were an iconic duo. 💀🐾

I sent it to Josie and IMMEDIATELY got:
“NO WAY.”
“She’s not yours, SHE’S MINE.”
“MY BABY NOT YOURS.”
“I’m jealous.”
“That’s so bologna.” 😂😂😂

Okayyyyy, message received. 🤣 So naturally I had to fix it by putting Josie in the background in her Embry-Riddle soccer uniform… because apparently I needed to be reminded who Oakley actually belongs to. 😂⚽️🐾

I may be home sick and feeling like crap today, but this whole thing has seriously lifted my spirits and has me laughing my ass off. 😂

Sometimes laughter really is the best medicine. ❤️

And for the record, Josie… I STILL get visitation rights to Oakley. 😏😂

Oh my gosh… 🥹✈️

PRIVATE PILOT’S LICENSE… OFFICIAL!!!

Who wants to go for a ride?! 🙋🏼‍♀️😂

7 long hours of waiting today, and I swear I was a nervous wreck. I knew the second she walked through that door I’d be crying… and I was right. ♥️

Watching your kids chase a dream is one thing…
Watching them accomplish it is something you’ll never forget.

Josie, I am SO incredibly proud of you. Your hard work, determination, and courage got you here. This is just the beginning of an amazing journey.

The sky isn’t the limit anymore…
It’s your playground. ✈️💜

Congratulations, baby girl. We love you beyond words.

Drop her a ♥️ and help me celebrate our newest private pilot! 🎉👏✈️

This Sunday, May 17, history begins as Placer United WPSL II takes the field for its inaugural match at Placer Valley Soccer Complex! Kickoff is set for 6 PM as we battle Davis Legacy in the first chapter of a new era for women’s soccer in Placer County.

Over the next few days, we’ll be introducing the players representing the crest — and we want YOU on the sideline to help us launch this season the right way. Bring the energy, wear your colors, and be part of the beginning.

Four hours…
Four hours of talking about health… hope… confidence… and what’s actually possible.

And honestly… I’m still processing it all.

Today at the bridal fair lit something in me again.
The conversations… the connections… the excitement… the curiosity…
It reminded me exactly why I started doing this in the first place.

Helping women feel better…
Helping moms get their energy back…
Helping brides glow from the inside out…
Helping people realize they don’t have to stay stuck.

And I definitely didn’t do this alone…
Thank you Josie… thank you Holly… this day wouldn’t have been what it was without you two. I’m so thankful for you both ❤️

I walked in excited…
I walked out fueled with FIRE.

This girl is re-energized… motivated… and honestly just really grateful.

If you’ve been watching me… wondering what I actually do…
It’s this.
Conversations… connection… and changing lives one person at a time.

And I’m just getting started.

Message me if you want to:
✨ feel better
✨ learn about what I shared today
✨ or be part of this with me

Because today reminded me… this matters.
