If you would tell 13 year old me that in three years she will be experiencing her first (and last) homecoming with friends who were there for her since day 1 and host family that she feels like a forever part of, she would think you’re crazy.
But this is my life now and I couln’d be more grateful. I feel so honored to be able to expirience these 10 monts here, in a small town in Iowa with so many kindhearted people and a lots of corn.
Yesterday was a very long day with a lot of emotions. In the morning we had our first marching band competition and just few hours later I was fully ready for photos and dance in my beautiful dress. I think I cannot thank enough to all the people who are truly there for me each and every day. Without you, I would be probably bored and crying in my room right now.
I carry an undefinable amount of love in my heart for each one of you ❤️‍🩹
