Making and breaking the rules is part of every creative process, especially when you’re just starting out in the industry.

But, the idea of structure has felt, at times, incompatible with the creative process to Joss Debae — a Creative Strategy Director with nearly two decades in the industry.

In his latest First Hand article, Joss draws from his experience working with companies like Google, @itsnicethat and @dazed, sharing ten prompts for when to put that structure in place, and when to ignore it.

So, if you’re waiting for your big break in the creative industry, or you just want a new way to think about your next creative project, this is not one to miss!

Salone di Milano

Tanti giri, tanti sguardi e tanti amici.

Sei fatta a strati.

Ti chiamano pure eterna, Roma.

Opening night for Italian Landscape Photographer Luca Tamagnini’s latest exhibition and his first solo show in London.

Featuring large format photographs of gigantic rocks found along the Italian coastline, the exhibition offers up a visual dialogue between the ancient tradition of viewing rocks as navigational protectors from coastal dangers and today’s pressing environmental concerns to safeguard the coast from overdevelopment.

Refreshments provided, alongside sales of prints.

💌 RSVP is essential on event-brite (link in bio) or contact us directly per email or via dms.

Intune : audio sensory tour.

Joss and I helped Melissa launching her first tours at the National Gallery. This is still a work in progress.

1. An alternative to the traditional and conventional.

Encouraging people to experience art in a way that’s culturally relevant and contemporary.

2. Encouraging longer and better looking.

Using music as a way to reframe people’s perspectives and spend more time reflecting on art.

3. Making art collections more accessible.

Opening up people’s eyes and ears to things that they might not usually engage with so easily.
