POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Tonight was, without a doubt, one of the best practices we’ve had this season. The focus, effort, communication, and energy were exactly what we’ve been building toward. We saw progress in stunts, tumbling, jumps, and teamwork—but even more importantly, we saw a team beginning to trust one another.

This is just the beginning.

Now it’s time for the fun part… Pink Ladies choreography week! 💓 We are beyond excited to start creating this year’s routine and bringing our vision to life. Every rep matters, every athlete has a role, and every moment is another opportunity to get better.

The foundation has been laid. Now it’s time to create some magic and collab with @lala2180 ✨

The beat don’t stop. 💙🩷

💙🎉 We almost let the day slip by… but there’s no way we could end today without recognizing something so special. HAPPY 8TH BIRTHDAY to JAM Athletics. 🎂✨

Eight years ago, JAM started with a dream, a vision, and a passion for building something bigger than cheer. Since then, we’ve seen thousands of practices, countless routines, tears, victories, lessons, championships, setbacks, growth, and memories that will last forever.

Over these 8 years, so many athletes have walked through our doors. Families have trusted us with their children. Coaches have poured their hearts into our program. Some are still here, some have moved on to new seasons of life… but every single athlete, parent, coach, supporter, and friend—past and present—has left a mark on our story and helped shape JAM into what it is today.

JAM has never been built by one person. It has been built by a FAMILY. A community that believed in hard work, loyalty, passion, and showing up for each other through every season.

To everyone who has ever worn our colors, sat in the stands, volunteered, coached, supported, prayed, traveled, or simply believed in us… THANK YOU. You are part of these 8 years. You are part of our story. 🤍

We are beyond thankful, humbled, and blessed to celebrate Year 8… and somehow, by the grace of God and a whole lot of perseverance, we’re already preparing to step into Volume IX. 🎶💿

The beat hasn’t stopped yet… and we believe the best chapters are still ahead.

Here’s to 8 years of passion, purpose, growth, and family. 🥂💙

Happy Birthday, JAM Athletics.
Forever grateful. Forever JAMFAM. 🫶✨

What a weekend to remember. From the excitement and emotions of the The D2 Summit Championship to celebrating Mother’s Day surrounded by my mom, family, JAM Crew, and some of my best friends. Weekends like this remind me how blessed I am to do what I love with people who genuinely support, uplift, and stand beside me through every season.
I love these amazing people right here. 💯

“Behind every routine, every late night practice, every correction, every pep talk, and every hit routine… is a team of people who pour their heart into these athletes day after day.

So thankful for this group right here. The time, sacrifice, dedication, and love they give to JAM Athletics year-round does not go unnoticed. Coaching is so much more than standing on the floor… it’s investing in lives, building confidence, pushing through hard days, and believing in athletes even when they don’t believe in themselves.

And beyond the mat, we’re so grateful for the people who capture these memories for us along the way. From the emotional moments to the celebrations, our videographer and photographer help tell the story of JAM Athletics and preserve memories our athletes and families will cherish forever. 📸🎥✨ @theperfectshotnh

As we take on The D2 Summit Championships in Orlando, I couldn’t be more grateful to stand beside this group and call them family. Thank you all for everything you do for our athletes and this program. #jamfam 💙 @josshhers & @thallc2023

As we wrapped up our last practice today, it hit us that an era is ending, but a new, exciting chapter is about to begin. Being Pink Ladies this season has been an incredible journey, filled with laughter, hard work, and unforgettable memories. We stand together, one team with one dream and one heartbeat, as we burst with excitement to take on Disney and ESPN this weekend! A huge shoutout to our amazing coaches, Josh and Jordan, and our incredible team mom, Ms. Christi, for their unwavering support and guidance. It’s a bittersweet feeling, knowing this chapter is closing, but we’re so proud of how far we’ve come together and can’t wait to see what we accomplish this weekend! #pl4l #oneheartbeat #jamathletics
