Een gestipt item kan je niet alleen dat eigenzinnige gevoel in je outfit maar óók in je interieur geven. Voor de mini onderstreept het, het speelse karakter van de kleine meid.

Septembris pagājis vienos keramikas festivālos! Vispirms Faenza, Itālijā, tad Menemena, Turcijā. Kas par mēnesi!
Tikko esmu atgriezusies no Turcijas, kur piedalījos virpošanas sacensībās. Kopā ar kolēģiem no visas pasaules sēdāmies pie virpām, kur 20minūšu laikā no 6 kilogramiem bija jāuzvirpo lielākā un proporcionālākā ola, platākā bļoda un smukākā kanna. Kannai gan tikai 4kg :)

Nedaudz atgūšos un atpakaļ uz darbnīcu!

Meet Johanne Birkeland, the Norwegian ceramic artist behind @jossolini

Every lamp, candlestick holder, vase, and sconce is shaped, painted, and fired entirely by hand in her studio in Norway. No two pieces come out the same because she never chases a perfect form. She lets the clay guide her, using her own hands to leave intentional dents and curves while it’s still soft, catching each piece right at the edge of collapse.

The result is work that feels alive. Bold stripes, playful polka dots, and shapes that twist and curl like they’re mid motion. It’s playful without ever feeling cheap, elegant without ever feeling stiff.

This is the kind of artistry that doesn’t just fill a room. It changes the mood of the whole space.

Jede Lampe, in die wir bisher investiert haben, wurde sorgfältig für ihren Platz ausgesucht. Daher lohnt sich meiner Erfahrung nach auch die Investition in besondere Modelle. Insbesondere Design Klassiker oder Vintage Modelle - im Gegensatz zur Investition in Handtaschen, hat man j e d e n T a g etwas davon, weil sie einfach immer da sind. Insbesondere wenn man in dekorative Designs investiert, geht es nicht rein um den Beleuchtungsaspekt, sondern zusätzlich um das Dekor und den Flair den sie einbringen
