Your reading comprehension for the year ❤️ Baba I just feel ultimate gratitude nothing dramatic nothing earth shattering I just have gratitude in my heart for where we are Lord, for how aware I am of your proximity to me this has been a full year for us you have gifted me a beautiful bouquet of journeys and victories. I’m so proud of Everything we have built , to be celebrating another year with You superimposed on me and I on you, clearer than it has ever been sometimes I wonder how we got here our tree has continually blossomed in season and out of season with leaves and fruit, bark ridges to strengthen against external factors, fallen leaves and pruned branches but you make up all of it all I can think about is you every step of the way you have been a wonder to me at every step. I’ve felt like John on the isle of Patmos never disappointed by your revelation of who you truly are and I must say you are a beautiful sight to behold Baba, every face of your prism it’s obvious I am obsessed with you but to know that the feeling is mutual spins my world around. I’m happy for me and for us. ☁️☁️☁️☁️ The Good Shepherd Part 5 (finalé) ☁️☁️☁️☁️ Some minutes later my shepherd and I are still on our way, but I start to hear bleating in a distance.... 🐑 'Is that what I think it is ?"..... I look to my shepherd who looks back at me with delight written all over His face 😁 and He then says, "Yes... You're back home little one" "I'm home!"🖼️ , I shout and jump frantically as warm tears begin to roll down my eyes. I start running towards the bleating sound as fast as my little sheep legs can take me... My shepherd is also running and laughing so joyfully right behind me.... "Baaa".... I yell out trying to somehow catch the attention of my fold as I sight them grazing some miles away ... "Baaaaa..." I yell out again... Momma must have heard my tiny little bleat cause her large ears perked up and she looked towards my direction...🐑 On sighting me, she starts running towards us ... The others see momma run, and wondering the cause of the racket, they sight me and all join momma in the run.🐑🐑🐑🐑 My momma and I finally collide with a big warm hug, my shepherd jumping and clapping joyfully right beside us... The others join in on the hug too.💞 Amidst all the hugs, tears and laughs, I see my shepherd looking at the reunion with a great smile and moist eyes. MY SHEPHERD.....❤️ I don't know what could have made him leave the rest just to come find me, and I certainly don't understand how he saved me from the mess I put myself in, but this i know, that great is the love of He who left the nine-hundred and ninety-nine just to come save me. 🌊🌊🌊 Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. ☁️☁️☁️☁️ The Good Shepherd Part 4.... ☁️☁️☁️☁️ As the memory fades, I feel my heart beat faster in my chest... These flashbacks have been reoccurring quite often, but then I always remember the words that seem to have saved my life.... "There's no need to fear, your shepherd is near".... 🐑 The words echo freshly in my mind like it was yesterday. Looking round the secret cave adorned with fragrant purple lilies 💮💮💮, soft flower beds🥀, and bright glistening amethyst rocks 🔹, I try to spot my shepherd who got up a few minutes ago to go get a drink from the natural spring ⛲ towards the other end of the cave. I watch him as he drinks so gracefully, with one question constantly obstructing my thoughts, "How?" I still don't understand how He saved me that night. I thought I was definitely gone. All I remember is that I awoke in his arms and saw him looking down at me with a look of relief and joy written all over His face. .... Two nights have passed since that ' almost fatal ' night, and since then my shepherd and I have been on a journey back home. 🛤️ "It's time to get moving buddy" my shepherd calls out as we begin to exist the cave, or more like the 'hidden resort.'⛺ 🌊🌊🌊 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. ☁️☁️☁️ The Good Shepherd Part 3... continues ☁️☁️☁️ .... I don't think I can hold up much longer, the waters are swallowing me up now... But all of a sudden, I think I see a distant light piercing through the dark night 💫, or could that be the gates of heaven opening up to welcome me ?? The light increases... Wait! What is that I see?...my shepherd running towards me ? That's impossible! There's no way He would have found me... I must be hallucinating. The image gets clearer.... It is my shepherd!! He found me!... But how? I wonder. He's holding in his hands a lantern 🪔and his trusty shepherds stick. He also brought with him his shepherds bag. "There's no need to fear, your shepherd is near!" He shouts out to me as he approaches the river bank some miles ahead of me and prepares his tools as he waits for the water to channel me towards him... I see him reaching out with the curvy end of his shepherds stick as the water brings me closer to him... I struggle to move my weak little legs and swim towards him... But that was a big mistake, the straw that broke the camels back... my whole body gives up on me... I sink downwards 🌊 and water fills my lungs forcing out the oxygen keeping me alive... One final thought fills my mind as my eyes begin to close shut, "At least my last sight before existing this world is the face of my beautiful shepherd"🌌 🌊🌊🌊 Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. ☁️☁️☁️☁️ The Good Shepherd part 3.... ☁️☁️☁️☁️ I'm lost! Where's my shepherd? Where's my sheepfold ? Nothing but tall dark shadowy trees. 🌲 All I wanted to do was catch that butterfly 🦋... its pretty colourful wings flapping under the morning sky mesmerized and led me here. I remember my shepherd calling out to me just a while ago, telling me not to stray away, Now just look at me! 😫 I'm all gone!; lost in the dark woods without a shepherd in sight. Even the butterfly is gone. After it dawned on me that I was lost, I tried to hop on it, in hopes the little butterfly that brought me astray would fly me back home. But off it went, straight into the sky as the moon started to peek through the night clouds.🌫️ It's dark now, and I'm cold. Back at the sheepfold, we would all be snuggled up by now, preparing for a cozy night. oh! how my heart longs to be back home... I wonder if my shepherd notices my absence... Nah, that's almost impossible.... we're more than a thousand. 'Hoot Hoot' 🦉, I hear a strange sound that startles me in the dark of the night. I start to run. Not looking back or caring for directions, I run. I've heard many stories of the wolves... what if there's one out there to get me? ****** I don't know how long I've been running for, but I'm exhausted. Then, I heard a sound of rushing waters... "I must find that stream or I might die of thirst", I said I followed the sound of the water and soon, I'm at a river. Stooping down to take a gulp, I slip on the muddy bank and before I could say 'jack', I'm in, being rushed and tossed by the tides. The turbulence of the waters rushing over me 🌊, the pain as the water hits me against the river rocks and the icy cold I feel through my body forces a loud cry out of me "A-bbaaaaa" I don't think I can hold on much longer, the waters are swallowing me up .... ☁️☁️☁️ The Good Shepherd ....Part 2... ☁️☁️☁️ I hear the sand crunch beneath our feet as we walk through the sandy path. The flowers across the sidewalk release a sweet serenading fragrance as we walk by.🌷🌷🌻 The fragrance reminds me of the oil my shepherd uses to bathe me weekly. I try to take mental snapshots as I relish this beautiful moment with my shepherd and I. As we walk further down the path, my shepherd must have sensed I was beginning to get tired again... He smiled at me knowingly, picked me up my feet and started off on another path to the right.↪️ I almost scream! "Why are we changing routes ?!... There's no way we'll ever get home before noon now!" I complain. This shepherd of mine better know what He's doing... ... In a short while, our journey is ended by what seems like a 'dead end'... All I see is a very leafy wall covered in green vines.🌿 " Arrrgh! I really don't like this. Now we have to turn back..." my complaint is interrupted as my shepherd starts off towards the leafy wall. He doesn't seem to be in anyway perplexed by the presence of the daunting wall.🧱 He pulls off the leafy vines to one corner then reveals a big cave-like hollow in the wall. He put me back on my feet and gestured for me to enter in. At first I was hesitant in fear of what may lie behind the leafy curtain entrance to the cave, but I proceed anyway...
