Part 2: A little overdue .... Duo Rise with Aqil & Noah 25th July. Didn't want to reduce the entire 45/50 mins of Duo Rise spin to mere tens of seconds in just one reel. So broke it up into two parts, and archived as keepsakes and memory makers.💙💙💙💙💙 Luv you two mucho, Aqil & Noah!
.
@journey.cycle Arrrgghhhhh the anticipation is killin' me! 🤞🏻

Thank you for guiding and training me these 11 months and 16 days, of which I've grown so much in form, skill and stamina! 🥹 I have not seen such a strong and absolutely united Team elsewhere. JoÜrney @journey.cycle is a house united and rooted in love, spirit and passion for Spin, and has been such a strong, conducive and warm community!

Part 2: Our last Tuesday Rise with Señor Noah at PZ. I was there at his First Comm Ride back in December 2025... to his First debut ... to his First Flight, and from there my Tuesday rides with Noah were established. 💙💙💙 Thank you, Noah, for making me work good sweat all my Tuesdays! And each time I came forth stronger. Cheers to my great Ü fam and Team who went Full Throttle for the final Tuesday! Nevertheless, it's not a closure but the end of the final PZ chapter.🤞🏻💙💙💙
.
I've included our group photo sesh for keepsakes.
🥲 Loved the part when @atuljamil accidentally dropped my water tumbler and said "I love you, Joyce!" 🥹🤣🤣 (when pushing my bike to make space). I love you too, Atul! 🥹🥲😭❤️😘😘
.
Just for the record, I almost missed Noah's class due to the heavy storm at my area and crazy traffic pile up in spite of me having left home way early to make it there. So thankful to Atul for holding the bike for me and dear Yaz @_yazminteh who kept my bike warm for me!😉😆🥰😘
