As we get super close to KEEP.SPACE.FEST 2 💥 here is the line-up of the third stage, the Greenhouse of De Nijverheid.

This is where we will kick-off the day with two joint performances: Mees Siderius & Aaron Lumley and then Khorshid Dadbeh & Desiree Coumans, presented by Culture Shock. Later in the evening, the greenhouse will host the free jazz of Bioluminus; Phantom Wizard will bring his ethereal mix of afrofuturism, jazz and hip-hop.

Later on another joint performance by choreographer Iris van Peppen & guitarist-composer Hugo Ariëns. Journey of taro closes this stage with his hypnotising electronic atmospheres and journeys into ancient myths, legends and folklore.

📅 Saturday 27 September | 16.30 - 02.00

We houden ervan!

Enjoy!

We're back! KEEP.SPACE.FEST 2 🦠💠🌀

A day full of boundary-pushing performances across electronics, jazz, and everything in between. After a memorable first edition last winter, we’re back with infectious energy on September 27 with a second round filled with new collaborations and premieres.

Expect sets that will make the CFX sound system rumble in the main hall, along with surprising performances spread across multiple stages at De Nijverheid. From avant-garde electronics and folk — as you've come to expect from the Keep it Moving crew — to the improvisational flair and jazz sounds of Space is the Place!

Our very own selector puurvuur shared his current top 3 tracks to get you in the mood for this coming Saturday!

Commodo & Gantz - Shake & Lurk
I love everything these two put out. They’re big inspirations for me production-wise, and I love seeing this on Ilian Tape, a label that is diverse in just the ways that my tastes are: heavy-duty club material as well as more beats-like tracks. This tape of ‘rollers’ as Commodo called it consists of some of the best 140 tracks I’ve heard in a while, Shake & Lurk being my favourite. The little FX and rolling percs and growling bass matched with (definitely Gantz’s) eerie synth/flute melody make this the ultimate track for me.

Tracey & Riko Dan - Sex Life
Incredible tune. Riko Dan adds so well to the vibe as well. No idea who Tracey are, but the tune is so minimal and strange, yet so danceable and fun. I played it at Bevrijdingsfestival in our SOFT CLIP set and didn’t expect people to react as they did, it’s really a great switch up moment in a set.

Henzo - Plant Your Roots In Me
Henzo has such interesting takes on UK sound system music, merging experimental production with classic genre tropes in such a uniquely tasteful way. I’m very excited for his debut LP on Sneaker Social Club, and Plant Your Roots In Me is already such a banger. Extremely skeletal hardly-UKG with super sparse Joe-like drum programming, very occasional chords and bass blurps make it not only a fun DJ tool, but also an ambiguous track somewhere in between dark garage and the bright, soulful variant.
