I am very excited to announce the launch of my chef business y pop ups!

It feels like for many years this dream has been coming to fruition;

gathering the seeds of lived experience, working in service for over 13 years, traveling& tasting foods from around the world, studying Ayurveda, nutrition/women’s health, learning from incredible women, connecting to my ancestors & ultimately discovering my most authentic expression.

@fertileground.foods is all about serving food of the people for the people

Remembering the life force of your ancestors in every bite of food

Farm to table, organic, local food with inspirations of Mexican ancestry y Ayurvedic seasonal eating

I am so grateful to all of those who have supported me to this arrival- extra shoutout to @joustjuice for being the mirror I needed to believe in myself & have the support of the community

Please join us for Monday evenings @joustjuice for Mexican cuisine starting on 10/26! Here is a sneak peek of the menu 🤍

I look forward to seeing you there. 5-9pm.

Before listening to my belly dance playlist, I listen to my belly. My gut gets inflamed by regular desserts, so I come up with recipes that make me feel good - my mother, @ninayunovich and my boss, @joustjuice call this the #antiinflammatorydiet #antiinflammatoryfood - me, I’m simply a belly dancer, so I call it “eating for belly dance.” I’m not a nutritionist, but I do love exchanging cooking tips during my lessons. For example, how to make frosting with coconut yogurt… Does anyone else keep a written chart of foods that make you feel energized vs. tired, inflamed? #противовоспалительнаядиета #antiinflamatoria
