BCG Ministries is entering a new season!
Over the past several years, we've watched God do incredible things at BCG Ministries. We've seen students surrender their lives to Jesus, lives transformed through worship, mission trips, prayer, discipleship, and countless moments where the presence of God changed hearts forever.
As we've prayed about what's next, we believe God is calling us into a new season.
This fall, BCG Ministries is changing the way we gather.
We're moving out of our student ministry building and taking BCG on the road.
We're launching Living Room Nights.
We believe God isn't looking for a stage. He's looking for a place to dwell.
Psalm 22:3 says, But You are holy, inhabiting the praises of Your people.
Throughout Scripture, whenever God's people intentionally made room for His presence, He showed up.
In Acts 2, 120 believers gathered together in an upper room. They weren't focused on creating an event. They were focused on seeking Jesus. They prayed together. They worshiped together. They waited together.
Then suddenly...There came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting."
It wasn't the size of the room that mattered. It was the posture of the people. That's the heart behind Living Room Nights.
We believe the living room can become a sanctuary. We believe couches can become altars.
We believe families can gather together, worship together, open God's Word together, and experience the presence of God together.
We're not chasing bigger crowds. We're pursuing deeper discipleship. We're not creating another event. We're creating space for people to encounter the living God.
This fall, we'll gather in homes across our community for intimate nights of worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and authentic fellowship. We want every gathering to be a place where people don't simply attend a service—they experience the presence of Jesus.
If you have a heart for opening your home, we'd love to invite you to become a Living Room Host. You don't need a perfect house. You simply need a willing heart and a desire to create room for God to move.

Guys...today I am overwhelmed by the goodness and faithfulness of God. What's crazy is getting to be called dad is one of the greatest blessings God has ever given to me.
And so, to my kids... you have changed me in ways you might not understand. You have taught me to love deeper, pray harder, laugh louder, and depend on God more than ever before. Watching you grow, overcome disappointment, discover who God created you to be, and pursue His purpose is one of the greatest joys of my life.
I know I’m not a perfect father, but I serve a perfect Heavenly Father who continues to lead me, correct me, strengthen me, and show me what unconditional love truly looks like.
Through ministry, friendships, and the relationships God has placed in my life, I’ve had the honor of being a father figure, mentor, and encourager to so many young people.
To every student who has trusted me with your struggles, every young person who has allowed me to speak truth into your life, and everyone who has let me walk alongside you through difficult seasons, I say thank you. You have impacted my life far more than you realize.
My prayer has never been to build my own legacy.
If one day I can look back and know that my kids and the people God placed in my life love Jesus more because I faithfully led them, served them, prayed for them, and loved them well, then I will know my life made an eternal impact.
Thank You Jesus for my kids and every life You've allowed me to influence.
Happy Father's Day to every dad, stepdad, grandfather, mentor, coach, and father figure. Never underestimate the impact of your presence. Someone's future is being shaped by your faithfulness.

We were never meant to walk this life alone.
Christian community isn’t just about sitting in the same room, it’s about carrying each other through the battles, praying through the pain, celebrating the victories, and pointing one another back to Jesus when life gets heavy.
The enemy loves isolation because isolated people become vulnerable. But there is strength in Godly community. There is healing in honest conversations. There is power when believers unite in faith, love, and truth.
Hebrews 10:25 says, let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but encourage one another…
Some of the strongest moments in your life will come from the people God places around you:
• Friends who pray for you when you feel weak
• Leaders who speak truth when you feel lost
• Brothers and sisters in Christ who remind you who you are when the world tries to redefine you
Community won’t always be perfect because people aren’t perfect. But God uses imperfect people to reveal His perfect love.
Don’t just attend church.
Be connected.
Be accountable.
Be present.
Be family.
Qhen believers come together, walls come down, chains break, hearts heal, and Jesus is glorified.

Happy Anniversary Dear!
For 28 years, you haven’t just been a wife, you’ve been the steady voice in the storm, the quiet strength behind the scenes, and the heartbeat of our home. You are our prayer warrior… the one who goes to battle on her knees, covering our family in faith when we don’t even realize we need it.
“Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.” – Proverbs 31:28
And I see that every day in the family we’ve built together. God has been so faithful.
I’m so thankful for our three incredible kids...Jacob and Amber, Kiara and Keaton, and Melina. What a testimony of God’s goodness they are, and what a blessing it is to watch the legacy continue through them.
And then there’s our sweet granddaughter Winnie… what a reminder of God’s grace and blessing on our lives. A new generation, covered in the same prayers you’ve been faithfully lifting up for years.
“Every good and perfect gift is from above…” – James 1:17
And Tammy, you are one of those gifts. Your faith is real. Your love is unwavering. Your prayers are powerful. You’ve carried us through seasons we couldn’t have made it through on our own.
“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” – Ecclesiastes 4:12
And that third strand, Jesus, has been the center of it all.
Thank you for saying “I do” 28 years ago. Thank you for loving fiercely, praying faithfully, and building a legacy that is still growing. I’d choose you again every single time.
Happy Anniversary to the woman who holds it all together through faith, love, and prayer. I love you more than words can say.

February 17...

For many, it could be a date circled in grief.
For our family, it marks the day we said goodbye to Steph and Mya in 2022, and then Ruth in 2025.

Yes, February 17 holds tears. It holds memories that still get caught in the throat. It holds moments we wish we could relive one more time.

But I choose to see it differently.

I choose to see it as a day of love.

Scripture tells us, “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” — 2 Corinthians 5:8.

And, “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain.” — Revelation 21:4.

So today, I picture them whole.
I picture them healed.
I picture them home.

I imagine them walking streets of gold.
I imagine Moses telling stories of faithfulness.
I imagine David dancing freely before the throne of God.
And I imagine them sitting in the presence of Jesus. A joy so full, so complete, that it makes every earthly sorrow pale in comparison.

Steph’s heart for others.
Mya’s smile and innocence.
Ruth’s strength, wisdom, and steady love.

They brought joy into rooms.
They lifted heavy hearts.
They touched lives in ways that will continue long after February 17 passes each year.

Grief is real. But so is hope.
Loss is painful. But love is powerful.

Their legacy isn’t defined by the day they left, it’s defined by the way they lived. By the kindness they showed. By the faith they carried. By the love they poured out.

February 17 is not just a day of loss.
It is a reminder that love never dies.
It is a reminder that heaven is real.
It is a reminder that we will see them again.

And until that day, we honor them by loving deeply, living boldly, and holding tightly to the promise of eternity.

#TeamOwens...Built, Not Broken

2025 was not an easy year for our family.
It brought loss, heartbreak, and health battles we never expected.

There were valleys we didn’t choose and moments that tested our strength.
But through it all, God never left us.

He remained the center of our world, walking with us step by step, even when the road was heavy and unclear.

We may have been shaken, but we were not destroyed.

What tried to break us actually built us stronger in faith, closer as a family, and more dependent on Him than ever before.

As we step into a new season, this verse speaks over our family:
“You will rebuild the ancient ruins and raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.”
Isaiah 58:12

This is our testimony.
This is our theme.
Built, not broken.

Here’s to healing, restoration, and trusting God with whatever comes next.

#TeamOwens is stronger than ever and we can't wait to see what God is going to do through us this year!

Feeling extra thankful today for #TeamOwens — our family, our circle, our people. Through the good, the bad, and even the downright ugly, we always find our way back to each other. We show up. We sacrifice. We hold each other up when life tries to knock us down.

I’m grateful for a family that loves big, forgives often, and stands strong together. God is doing some amazing things in and through our family, and I can see His hand guiding every step.

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” — Isaiah 43:19

Thankful for the past, hopeful for the future, and blessed in this moment right here with my people. ❤️

But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15

This weekend is one I won't forget! My heart is overflowing after having our family together to celebrate Baby Adcock and to worship together at BCG.

It was so awesome having Jacob, Amber, and Melina lead worship, and Keaton and Kiara bring an incredible, Spirit-filled message.

Watching our family use their gifts to glorify God reminds me of just how faithful He is, weaving our lives together in love, unity, and purpose.

Every moment this weekend was filled with God's presence, the laughter, tears, hugs, and the kind of love only God can knit together. #TeamOwens is so blessed and I can't wait for the next chapter!
