It was a JOY to have Jeremy @joyatfirstbite_ take our Black Broadway tour on his visit from Chicago. Thank you Jeremy for the kind words! ⭐

Our tour as always highlighted the history of Black businesses on U Street like @leesflowersdc and @benseverything, as well as other key historical sites like The African American Civil War Memorial. On U Street, Jeremy had the chance to meet Mrs. Ali of @benseverything and try an original half smoke.

You can see a glimpse of our tour on his page, as well as the other DC sights and eats he experienced. Like he said, our tours showcase an important piece of DC history in a new light, that we would love to share with you!

Wondering what a travel conference is like? Day three in ND and it was all about the @tbexevents sessions. These are always my favorite. 🤩 The day started at 6am with some client work and I packed a lot in.

Lots of great info from @joyatfirstbite_, @travelingterry4, and @itschrisandalex and I have so much homework to do! I had some great meetings with a few destinations and I was so excited to hear that Facebook is making a comeback?! Let’s go!

Tasty bites from @sanctuaryevents and @thewurstbierhall_fargo hit the spot and I even had time for a sauna visit with my conference bestie @allthingsfadra. A great day! Thanks #tbexfargo. 🙏

Despite some last minute nerves, I absolutely loved getting to present at the TBEX travel conference. My session was all about figuring out the story you want to tell about a destination.

This year has been really great for me in terms of landing partnerships with tourism boards and I hope I was able to help other creators think about the stories they want to tell.

And what a great day of learning from some of the best in this biz!

There is something about Fargo, ND. This was my third time to this insanely underrated city and every time it pulls me in a little bit more.

I had the opportunity to speak at my favorite travel conference @tbexevents and share the storytelling method I’ve developed that’s allowed me to successfully partner with 12 tourism boards this year to tell the story of their destination.

In addition to sharing my experience, I was able to reconnect with friends I’ve made in this industry, meet new creatives who inspire me, and network with incredible tourism boards and travel brands.

I hope everybody who attended fell in love with Fargo as much as I have and I can’t wait to see what new opportunities will come from this experience.

Thank you to @fargomoorhead for having me back and I hope I can continue to tell the incredible stories of this one-of-kind city.
