Many artists enjoy working in series. This means they will work on a single subject, technique, or composition over multiple artworks. There are several advantages of working this way including building audience recognition. The two artists featured here: Joyce Bell Freeman and Iris Kern-Foster frequently work this way to create multiple cohesive artworks like these.
Artists may work on a single series for their whole lifetime or explore different topics and themes throughout their career. For example, Vincent van Gogh worked in several series including his famous sunflowers, and his self portraits. Do you have a favorite famous series of artwork?

Now in their new 🏡 home. “Extraordinary”
Series 3 of 8

We give up our power to be great when we think we deserve less. We think we need more experience. We think we need more time. We think we need more resources. But, really, we need to be confident in ourselves. There is no one else that can bring what we bring to this world. The faster we realize we are extraordinary, the faster we start to achieve what we’ve always imagined.

Yesterday was packed full of art exhibits. I had my art at @location1980’s $100 or less Holiday Sale. Now, I have a new collector! I debuted my “Extraordinary” series of 8 and (3) of them were framed in a set in an aluminum frame, acid-free archival mat, and enclosed in museum glass. My highest quality of framed pieces to date. Super excited to be in @joycebellfreeman’s collection. A fellow #hardedger. Thank you to @fortuneartist and @location1980 for hosting this event. My art will be up until the holidays. DM for a private tour!

Meet my new collector @joycebellfreeman 😍 I am so honored to be in your collection. As a fellow #hardedger, I couldn’t be more excited for its new home. If you haven’t checked out her work, you must! Always love being surrounded by other abstract artists. She is the new collector of my (3) framed “Extraordinary” series (Series of 8). The pieces are framed in an aluminum frame, acid-free archival mat, and closed in with museum glass. Some of the highest quality pieces I’ve put together for a show. All of these for $100 🤑 Get here before the deals are gone! If you see something you like and can’t make it, message me and I’ll arrange it. Thank you @fortuneartist @location1980 for hosting the Holiday art sale!
