Stop Chasing the Snake.
Start Healing the Wound. 🐍🩹

Imagine getting bitten by a snake… & instead of treating the venom, you spend your energy chasing the snake down, asking why? 🐍

We do this with pain~seeking closure from the source instead of offering ourselves the antidote.
The longer we hold on, the deeper the poison seeps.

Forgiveness isn’t about excusing.
It’s about releasing.
So you can finally breathe again. 🌬️

How to begin releasing:
• Pause ~ name the wound without judgment
• Breathe ~ let your body know you’re safe now
• Write a letter you don’t have to send
• Say: “I forgive you. I set myself free.” 🕊️
• Repeat when the poison resurfaces ~ you’re unhooking it, layer by layer

Choose peace over proof.
Choose healing over holding on. ✨

Every year at the Temple, I leave a simple message for my parents.

This year I wrote,
I love you YiaYia & Papou. I miss you. Katerina.

I turned the corner, thinking I’d write something else.

I never got to it.

Less than one minute later, I looked down & saw, written in black marker:

Pete loves Helen. 🖤

Then, on the next small piece of wood, in red:

Pete loves Helen. ♥️

Pete & Helen were my parents.

I just stood there.

In the middle of that vast, temporary city, inside a Temple built for remembrance, grief, love & release, there were their names. Twice.

Some moments ask for nothing except reverence.

I only know that in that moment, I felt closer to my parents, to God, to the unseen, to love itself.

Completely present. Completely still.

And with no doubt in me at all:

Love reaches farther than we understand.
Faith holds more than we can see.

And in that moment, I understood why I keep returning.

To remember. ⭐️

Holy Moly! A little over a week ago, @gamilasmith & I finally had a day together after far too long. We picked up exactly where we left off ~ then somehow took it somewhere new. 🤍

We started at @bonsaicoffeebar with the best matcha in town 🍵, then stopped at @primalmovesvenice ~ a place that understands movement as more than exercise. What they’ve built there has real grit, heart & community. Standing beneath the Shelby Cobra, two parts of my life quietly met.

A spontaneous stop at @erewhon brought us face-to-face with @sebastiansiegel1 & into a conversation about his film, Grace and Grit. 🎥

Then on to @thekinn.co, where @tiffanyraether & her mentor, Mirian Vilela of @earthcharterinternational International, challenged the idea that progress can be measured by growth alone when that growth costs us the living world.

We ended the night celebrating the soft opening of @petrosonsunset with Petros, George, Marianna, Donna, Ritchey & Allie & a little more Greece now glowing on Sunset Boulevard. Congratulations, Petros! 🇬🇷🎉

The message gods, synchronicities, miracles & parking fairies were all working overtime.

Just want to say ~ thank you. I noticed. ✨#thespacelove

The Wild Girl Circle 🌿

Before there were stages, there were circles.

Women sitting together, close to the earth, remembering a kind of intelligence that has always lived in the circle.

What I’ll remember most is the women, the community & the beautiful souls who gathered.

Lavinia created such a special afternoon of play, council, sage, hula hoops, hopper balls, bells, belly dancing skirts, butterflies & remembering.

The question that stayed with me:

What did you love as a little girl that you don’t do enough of now?

For me, it was riding my bike. The wind on my face. The freedom of going nowhere in particular and somehow finding everything.

And Staci of @sacredwomancollective gave us sound healing you could feel in your bones ~ reverberating for hours, nourishing every part of me that needed stillness.

Thank you, Lavinia, for creating such a beautiful sacred circle.

This is where joy lives. ✨

Joy Fest LA ~ An Un-Masquerade 🎭 began the moment my unmasking stopped being personal & became a call to gather.

After my TEDx talk, the message wanted to move beyond the stage & become something people could enter, feel & experience together.

That calling became @joyfest_la

A room where story, music, movement, coherence & connection became something people could feel. Where performance was art, not armor.

On March 8, 2026, we gathered at @PrimalMovesVenice for the inaugural Joy Fest LA ~ An Un-Masquerade.

The day had an arc ~ from aerial silks & @TedxPacificAvenue voices to acro yoga, movement, a warm shared curry meal, ceremonial tea, cacao, music, two immersive Un-Masquerade experiences & a room slowly opening into coherence.

The whole day moved like an EDM set. The drop began with two violinists sharing a stage for the very first time ~ Grammy-winning @nathalieboninmusic & award-winning violinist @emergewithemer 🎻 🎻

That day had a frequency.

And yes ~ we actually measured the joy! 🧡Nathalie Bonin’s @nathalieboninmusic live @biometric.study, captured the room’s heart coherence in real time. Faith, science & energy have never needed to choose sides.

What began on the @TedxPacificAvenue stage led by Richard Greene @thecivicsdean at @theKINN.co ~ “How Losing My Hair Revealed My Real Power” ~ became something we could only fully understand once it happened in the room.

The future is not abstract. It looked, for a moment, like a little girl in a purple tutu moving through the room with complete freedom. It lives in the way we gather, move, nourish ourselves & choose joy.

Joy is part of the blueprint. So is dance.

Deep gratitude to @PrimalMovesVenice , @thekinn.co & every person who helped bring this beginning to life.

The way @ClaraNaum highlighted forgiveness in her Un-Masquerade facilitation brought real depth to the day. It was immersive, experiential & you could feel that immediately.

She brought people face to face with the masks they wear & the weight those masks hold. When the mask loosened, you could feel what had been waiting underneath it.

People felt that for days.

Grateful for the care & depth Clara brought to the immersive experience. She turned a gathering into something genuinely transformative.
