Reminiscing over this past spring/summer and our 2024 outdoor season! We can't thank you all enough for another successful and, most importantly, fun season here at Culture Lab. Filled with art, music, culture, community, and of course...dogs! A huge sense of gratitude for our musicians, cultural organizations, volunteers, and staff, which have made this what it is! We're already cooking up ideas for a bigger and better 2025 - we look forward to seeing you there! But we're still here in the meantime - we have FREE concerts indoors every Saturday, original performances through our New Works Festival, and our gallery is open Thursday-Sunday. **Become a member for discounts and other perks!** Thank you to our sponsors who make all of this possible: @plaxallproperties @tfcornerstone @stevemadden And a thank you to our friends @velvetturtleevents for capturing the fun this summer! #culturelablic #culturelab #liveatculturelablic #livemusic #nonprofit #longislandcity #lic #queensny #queens

It has been a month since the Culture Lab gala and I just needed to say CONGRATULATIONS again to the entire team and community who made this event possible. I have a few of our glamour shots here but slide through to the later slides to see behind the scenes. This gala took weeks to put together! Special shoutout to my build team who hung posters from the ceiling with me (Annalisa) who fought to build a carousel bar chandelier (Lindsey, Edjo, Annalisa) who lifted, mopped, moved couches and held it down (Tess M, Justin, Dawn, Sabrina, Kristina, Delia, Banks). I cannot properly show the amount of effort it took and the joy it made me feel to see everyone enjoying this magical evening. Bravo again to all of the performers and musicians! The deepest gratitude to Zoe and Andrew for bringing to life the Baby Elephant. Having the privilege of getting to ride in at the end of the gala surrounded by our artistic community will be a memory I treasure forever. Thank you is not enough. Stay tuned for next year’s gala…

Well, March is over! And I couldn’t be more excited about all the programming that has happened at Culture Lab this past month. From amazing free concerts in our art gallery through our Sounds in the Gallery program to the art openings of “Behind the Mask: the art of women welders” to exploring technology and its role in our environment brought to us by XRE and our fun late night experiences of our After Dark programming that brought us Theater Camp, Nori Nights, and Glam Revue this has been one killer month. Thank you to everyone who made it so special. I am looking forward to spending April with you!

Thank you to all of our musicians, dancers, artists, organizations, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and most importantly, YOU, our amazing community, for another successful LIVE! at Culture Lab LIC season! You hung with us through heat, rain, smoke and everything in between! Don't forget we're still here, though! We are packed with exhibitions, performances, theater, and fun through the cold weather! We hope everyone had a beautiful Labor Day weekend! We’re still over here swooning at last month’s incredible days and nights. Between Well-Behaved, Kulture Fest, free ice cream, and outdoor concerts, August saw some of the biggest turnouts we’ve ever had for our events. We’re feeling pretty good for September. Tap the link in our bio to see what’s on!
