This week’s goal for every Gymparty coach is simple:
Say every person’s name at least once during class.

Not because it’s a fancy coaching technique. Because walking (or logging) into a fitness class can already feel vulnerable, ESPECIALLY when you’re new, restarting or convinced everyone else knows what they’re doing.

Hearing your name reminds you that you aren’t just another body in the room.

What’s one small thing a coach or instructor has done that made you feel welcome?

Thank you to all the amazing attendees for a session of learning, burning, and fun 🙏🏼

The focus was intense! These folks were locked in and stepped up to the challenge. We honed our new techniques, maximizing time under tension while dialing in the nuanced forms of @animalflowofficial and @steelmaceflow

Thank you so much @yogasix_santaclara for hosting us. Stay tuned for upcoming workshops ⚔️

this week, we sit down with 9 brave souls at a wellness pop-up and ask: “what made you cry?”

the result: 9 magical conversations on everything from grief to crystals to tee ball to what happens when we forget to pack our kid’s lunch. most of these brave souls were fellow small biz owners doing incredible work in their communities and we are so excited to highlight them all for you.

our takeaway: everyone has a story worth sharing; sometimes all it takes is one question (and maybe some heckling) to uncover it. link in bio to listen ✨
