I am so overwhelmed by emotions from Season 10. I think it was this last event @starpowertalent and seeing our kids support for each other and other dancers from All Over that made it my favorite in all ten years. That's what it is about!!!

We didn't score our highest in placements at these really challenging events, but in character and performance, yall were at the top for me. I love you all so much and I am not sure what I am going to do without some of you this next season.

I am so proud to be in charge of these humans. I often joke around and may not like to give out hugs... but I have shed many tears closing out this season. Our older dancers are something special for our littles to look up to. I hope you learn a lot from them! The medal does not define you, they are all going to be so successful and I am so proud to be able to say they I had a little part in that for them.

My Final Bow 🙇‍♂️

It’s so hard to put into words what these last 5 years at VIM have meant to me. I am beyond proud of every single person I’ve danced beside, grown beside, cried beside, and celebrated beside. You all became so much more than teammates, you became family. VIM became my second home, the place I could always walk into and feel safe, supported, and understood. Every memory is something I’ll carry with me forever. I’m going to miss all of you more than I can explain, but I also can’t wait to come back and watch all of you continue to grow and do amazing things next year. Thank you for giving me some of the best memories of my life.

I still remember my very first class, hip hop with Arianne. Looking back now, I genuinely don’t think I would still be dancing if it wasn’t for her. She gave me a place where I felt comfortable being myself and helped me fall in love with dance from the very beginning. It’s crazy to think one class could change so much for me, but it truly did. @arianne.ajb

Leandra, thank you for believing in me and training me for the last 5 years. Thank you for seeing something in me even when I didn’t always see it in myself. You pushed me to become the best dancer and person I could be, and I will forever be grateful for that. I’m going to miss all of our funny moments, random conversations, and all the time spent in your classes and assisting alongside you. Thank you for your guidance over the years. You challenged me constantly and helped shape me into who I am today, and I truly would not be the dancer I am without you. Thank you “pal”. @ms_lee.g

And Christy, thank you for making VIM feel like a second home for all of us. Your support and care created such a special environment, and I’ll always be grateful for everything you’ve done for me, my family and everyone at the studio. @christylschultz

For my little ones, it went by fast. Just like what all parents say. So I hope with all my heart, that each one of you cherish these special moments we have spent together. I’m so proud of every single one of you. I am so excited for whats next for you. I can’t wait to keep watching you grow.

Senior year of dance completed💫

So grateful for this year all of the new friends I made from @millennium_dance_company and @xtremedanceforce wonderful getting talk to you all and support you guys over these five days

I placed top three in the battle for title with my solo which really does mean a lot to me. My perspective of dance has changed this past year where competition was a secondary goal and I started to value the impact I had on others over placement. My question started to change from “Did I win” to “Did I reach you”. This makes every dance I do worth it if I can make somebody feel a certain way, that’s my why💫
