Meet the team ✨

The powerhouses, movement professionals and all-round good humans behind Stretch.

We’re the ones who keep you accountable, motivated and strong - while remembering your goals, celebrating your wins and knowing exactly when you’ve got one more rep in you. 😉

With years of experience, a serious passion for movement and plenty of personality, this small-but-mighty crew genuinely cares about you, your progress and how you feel - both in the studio and beyond.

From left to right: Callum, Sarah, Kate, Pascal and Belinda. We’re just missing our amazing Bronwyn and Amber from the picture!

We intentionally keep our team small so your Stretch experience stays personal, reliable and consistent. Familiar faces, thoughtful guidance and instructors who genuinely get to know you.

The kind of team that knows your name, backs your goals and makes every class feel like your space to thrive.

A great team never stops evolving.

At Stretch, our instructors come together regularly to move, collaborate, share ideas and keep developing their skills. It fuels our inspiration and strengthens the shared passion behind every class we teach.

Grounded in exercise science, best practice and proven strength-building principles, our team is always growing to be our best - so you can move better, feel stronger and feel your best.

Great team. Strong team. The Stretch team. 💪

Today we celebrate the incredible women who make Stretch what it is.

This powerhouse team of energy, experience, dedication and heart creates the welcoming, uplifting space our community knows and loves. Every day you support, encourage and empower others to move with confidence and grow from strength to strength.

To the women of Stretch - both our team and our community - today we celebrate the magic that happens when women lift each other up.

And of course, our team and community wouldn’t be complete without the awesome men who are right there with us… but today, this one’s for the ladies.

Happy International Women’s Day. 💛

What an afternoon ✨

Our Stretch Christmas party was everything we hoped for and more - filled with love, laughter, indulgence and the very best people.
The happiness and energy in the room were truly uplifting, and a perfect reminder of how special this community is.

We’re so grateful for everyone who joined us and helped make the day unforgettable. Thank you for being part of Stretch - you’re the heart of what we do 🤍🎄
We’ll share a full album of photos from our celebration on our Facebook Page.

A rare and exciting sighting of our Pilates 26 Instructors out of active wear and out to lunch!!

Yes it was good to be in normal clothes… and yes we did still talk about Pilates, but it was so nice spending time with these incredible humans outside of studio life. A belated way to celebrate International Women’s Day together. 🥰

Thank you to this amazing group of Women (and to those in the team that couldn’t join us today… you were missed) for everything you do to support Pilates 26. We appreciate you all SO MUCH!

We are so excited to have you back teaching in our studio @jehsaraivas 🤩

A huge THANK YOU to Belinda and Sarah for helping me cover the timetable whilst Jessica was off marrying the man of her dreams and spending time with her family in Brazil. I really appreciate your support. 🙏🏻 @pilates_plantbased_foodie @joynpilates
