we shot a music video!!!!!

some unfiltered thoughts:
when you are honest about your limitations (such as being a first time director……), it gives other people (granted—the right people) the opportunity to shine. Seeing these ideas from my lil brain happen in physical space was wild but it really was due to the talent and hard work of our team.
Filmmaking is a puzzle & every crew and cast member is a piece incredibly necessary for its success. I know I am v spoiled to have had such a smooth first shoot as a director. So I’m counting my blessings and thanking the Lord for this opportunity.
It was such a labor of love & joy & fun.

and again, THANK YOU for your contributions and belief in this project. Every cent, moment of volunteer work, and word of encouragement was what made this happen.

i am so excited to share this project…we’re keeping a lot of it under wraps for now but i promise it will be worth it!!

first we gotta lock in in the edit bay.
talk soon :)
