What inspired me to become a makeup artist is the joy of seeing my clients happy, satisfied, and confident. There is something truly fulfilling about being able to help someone see the beauty they already possess.

To me, makeup is more than choosing the right foundation shade or creating the perfect lip combination. It is about connecting with people, understanding their emotions, and creating a safe space where they feel comfortable expressing themselves.

As a makeup artist, I have the privilege of helping people overcome their insecurities and reminding them that true beauty comes from within. If I can help someone walk away with their head held high, smiling with confidence, then I know I have done more than just apply makeup—I have made a positive impact.

Being a makeup artist is not just my profession; it is my passion. I genuinely love what I do, and I am grateful for every opportunity to make people feel beautiful, confident, and empowered

On Saturday, we had our end-of-year hangout at the JOS Wildlife Park, and it was such a beautiful time. There was laughter, games, pictures, gift sharing, and plenty of fun.

Beyond the celebration, it also gave me time to reflect. Outside the Morrebs office walls of tasks, deadlines, and goals, I was reminded that this team is truly a blessing. Not just to me, but to one another and to the tech ecosystem as a whole. We are building more than projects and skills; we are building people and community.

I want to sincerely appreciate everyone who has been part of our journey this year. The team, our students and talents who took ICT courses at Morrebs, our partners, clients, friends, family, and all our well-wishers. Every bit of support, encouragement, and belief in what we do means more than words can fully express.

A special shout-out to our community manager, @joyy_christopher. You are not only a full-blown nerd, but someone who truly knows how to enjoy life. You did an amazing job organizing the hangout, from the games to the joyful moments. And yes, my favourite part, the Secret Santa, is now something I’ll be looking forward to again.

Most importantly, I want to appreciate my wife, @chef_g_jos. Thank you for encouraging this idea and supporting it until it became a reality. I’m incredibly proud of you. Watching everyone happily devour the jollof rice and chicken while I smiled from ear to ear was such a joy.

If you’re in Jos and you’ve not visited my wife’s restaurant, you are honestly missing out. She’s the best.

Happy Holidays and Compliments of the season to you all.

DESTINY HELPERS

Sometimes God allows you to have certain problems so that those problems can lead you to your destiny helpers.

Pharoah needed a destiny helper so God allowed him to have a problem that would connect him with his destiny helper Joseph.

Pharoah did not know the interpretation of his dream. That was his problem. He did not know that his dream meant there would be an economic crisis in Egypt.

If Pharoah had known the interpretation of his dream, he would have been looking for an economic expert, not a dream interpreter. If what he was looking for was an economic expert, the butler may not have recommended Joseph. If the butler had not recommended Joseph, Pharoah would have missed out on one of the greatest administrators the world has ever known. The principles espoused by Joseph are still being used today in financial management.

So sometimes God uses an issue you have to connect you to whom you need for destiny. It took leprosy for Naaman to find Elisha and when he found Elisha, he found salvation. Similarly while looking for his father's lost asses, Saul met Samuel and Samuel anointed him as king. God uses problems to connect people with their helpers. May your issues lead you to your destiny helpers in Jesus name.

Gen 41

God does not demand for anything He has not provided. He did not ask Abraham to sacrifice a daughter. When He changed the instruction and told Abraham to sacrifice a ram instead, He still provided the ram.

If there is anything God is demanding from you, it is because He knows that He has already given you the capacity to give it.

You can live holy, you can submit, you can do that job, you can carry out that assignment, you can fight that battle, you can give that money, you can make that sacrifice, etc.

I pray that the Almighty God will help us to give what He has given to us and demands from us in Jesus name.

Scripture Reference:
Genesis 22:8 KJV
And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
