Quality doesn’t start when the work begins.

It starts with communication.

One of the easiest ways for a construction project to go wrong is when the homeowner expects one thing, the contractor hears another, and somewhere along the way the details get lost.

That’s why alignment matters.

From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, everyone involved should understand exactly what the finished product is supposed to look like.

On stucco projects, that means looking beyond the obvious cracks, chips, and discoloration.

It means understanding how much needs to be removed, properly reinforcing the repair with mesh, and making sure the new application blends uniformly with the rest of the home.

At 1GM, being thorough means communicating with our customers and our contractors so the expectations stay consistent from A to B—all the way through the end of the job.

Because good craftsmanship matters.

But good craftsmanship paired with good communication is what creates a great customer experience.

A small crack can turn into a very expensive problem.

Especially when it’s on your roof or parapet.

Once stucco begins cracking, you’ve created another potential entry point for water—and the damage happening underneath isn’t always something you can see.

Moisture can work its way behind the stucco, into the roofing system, insulation, and other materials before there’s ever an obvious sign inside your home.

By the time you notice the leak, the problem may have already traveled through multiple layers of your roof.

That’s why catching these issues early matters.

Don’t wait for a small exterior crack to become a major repair.

At 1GM, our goal is to give homeowners an honest, transparent evaluation—not sell you something you don’t need.

If you’re noticing cracking around your stucco, roof, or parapets, give 1GM Construction a call and let our team take a look.

The biggest transformation isn’t what you lose.

It’s who you become.

There comes a moment when you look back and realize the old version of you would’ve quit.

The old you would’ve made an excuse.
The old you would’ve taken the easy way out.
The old you would’ve convinced yourself you couldn’t do it.

But one decision at a time, that version starts to disappear.

Not because life gets easier…

Because you get stronger.

The discipline you build in the early mornings.
The promise you keep to yourself when no one is watching.
The willingness to keep moving forward even when your mind tells you to stop.

That’s where real confidence comes from.

At 1GM, we believe physical fitness is about more than looking better.

It’s about proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought possible—and carrying that mindset into your faith, your family, your career, and every other area of life.

That’s what 1GM is.

A group of people committed to becoming stronger together—one decision, one habit, and one day at a time.

You keep hitting the same wall because you keep giving the same answer.

That’s not bad luck — that’s an unfinished lesson.

God doesn’t remove the test until you pass it. Same argument, same setback, same trigger — it’ll keep showing up in a different outfit until you actually learn what it’s teaching you.

Stop asking “why is this happening again” and start asking “what am I still not getting.”

There’s no version of faith that doesn’t require a step before you have the whole picture.

Amanda breaks down what it actually looked like to weigh a decision — left, right, every angle — and still land on trusting God with the outcome instead of trying to control it.

That’s the tension most of us live in. Analyze it to death, or just move and trust.

She was standing on her balcony when she heard it. Be still.

Amanda is a mother. A nurse. A bikini contestant. A woman who’s carried more than most people know about — because that’s what she does, she carries it.

Until the day she was told to stop.

This episode is for anyone still trying to fix it, force it, or outrun it. Sometimes the change doesn’t start with doing more. It starts with being still.

Your time is now.

Surrender isn’t a prayer, it’s a decision. You can pray about it every day this week — but if your feet don’t move, nothing changes.

God already told you what to do. Stop asking Him to confirm it again. Get up and do it.

Faith doesn’t remove the grief — it changes how fast you can carry it.

When Rob lost his father and grandfather, it took years before he could even speak their names without shutting down. No faith, no framework, just raw loss he had to white-knuckle through alone.

This time was different. When he lost his brother, that same faith he’d finally built became the thing that let him grieve out loud — in real time, on this episode.

Not because it hurts less. Because he’s not carrying it alone anymore.

You’re in the fire. Drowning. And the questions hit — what are You teaching me? Why not me? How is this preparing me for what’s next? Surrender doesn’t mean you stop asking. It means you trust the Answer. 🔥
