Last minute trip to Fire Island/NYC. Great catching up with old friends and having some fun surprise visits.

Even if you saw @titaniquemusical off broadway, go see it again on broadway! @constantinerousouli, @therealjimparsons, @deborahcox, @frankiejgrande … what a cast. Laugh/cried the entire time!

Now back home to the southern heat! 🔥😭

Carnival season is hard to explain and these photos do it no justice. 2026: first Endemyion Ball, walked in Chewbacchus until my shoes fell apart, ate my weight in king cake, made Mardi Gras flowers, gave out hundreds of NOLAbel Peace Prizes… and next year it’s even earlier! 💛💚💜🤣😭

They said come to Mardi Gras to celebrate your birthday it will be fun…

I attended my first proper ball, I got lassoed around the neck by a pearl necklace thrown from a float, watched Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton perform, got caught in what felt like a hurricane, partied at the Real World House, dressed up like a swamp tour guide, marched in a parade, gave out rubber gators, received a very rare piece of glass art from a famous artist on the street, saw more beautiful art, spent time with some of my closest friends, went to house parties, made some great new friends, danced in the streets with strangers, watched bands battle it out, hung out in the French quarter, drank my body weight in booze, and did not see Shia get arrested!

I now need a little Jesus in my life and a liver transplant, but it was all worth it because this goes down in the books as one of the best birthdays I have ever had! ❤️

Bozeman > Yellowstone > Tetons > Jackson Hole > Flathead Lake > Glacier > Butte > Bozeman. 1500 miles driving. 20+ miles hiking up 3K elevation. Hundreds of bison, several elk and mountain goats, 3 moose, a few eagles, a marmot, and a coyote. And most importantly, lots of good memories!
