In collaboration with Shaun Lockyer Architects and M2 Construct, this three-storey coastal residence embodies quiet strength and refined simplicity.

Our Venetian plaster flows through every wall and ceiling, creating movement that shifts gently with the light; a surface both timeless and tactile.

Each layer tells of craftsmanship and calm, where material meets emotion.

Finished with bespoke wallpaper and fine detailing, this home captures the spirit of Mermaid Beach; contemporary, grounded, and endlessly serene.
