🏀 GIRLS + Leadership & Basketball!
We had a great camp full of young girls and amazing women that poured into them. This camp not only focused on the physical aspect of the game but the MENTAL. Each baller walked away with insight on how to handle adversity, build their confidence, and who they are outside of basketball. Thank you for trusting your young ballers with us!

Happy Student Athlete Day!
Last week around this time, @fcaeastvolusia / @bcu_fca had the fantastic opportunity to connect and host the inspiring female athletes at @bcu_athletics

It was an unforgettable evening dedicated to honoring and celebrating these incredible young women for #WomensHistoryMonth.

A huge shout-out to @mrsvickersspeaks and @jpecounseling for leading the impactful mental health components of the night.

Overall, it was an inspiring event, and we’re excited to do more initiatives like this in the future to support our student athletes.

I am officially walking in my purpose and God has blessed me to be able to do it with some of my favorite people. None of this felt like work to me but it took dedication, drive, remaining grounded and focused. For the kids to be engaged, ask questions and ask to stay longer and have more days. For the parents to ask for more days, and already look forward to next year. I’m grateful beyond words. The tears cried and sleepless nights were all worth it to see the kids smile, work hard, ask questions and want more. Be on the lookout for more upcoming workshops and events 🫡❤️🏀 #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalstrength #brainexercise #boysandgirlsclub #hope #youth #youthengagement #youthempowerment #summercamp #denvercolorado #denver #montbello #womenwhoplaysportslead #purpose #basketball
