ESTRATO meaning layers of the earth - just as Chef JPerry creates his dishes, one intentional layer at a time. We can’t wait to share more as this one-of-a-kind dining destination unfolds. We were honored to design the restaurant and to also develop the brand concept and translated that into an iconic logo, merch, menus and more.
