I gotta stop burying my head in my 📱, I literally almost took out a participant in this #bluegrass jam session trying to type and get my steps in on #jamaicapond yesterday 🎻 🎸 🚶

A little reminder that Fall is coming today, a break in the 🥵 & endless 🌞, but a great day with the highlight going to the @patriots @philadelphiaeagles game with a diehard crew, my Dad 👨& my nephews 👦 👦 and I also caught a bit of @jamaicaplainporchfest and a little @jamaicapondparkrun criss crossing each other in the neighborhood 🎶 🏃‍♀️ 🏈 💪 ❤️

We’re back!

The 2026 @openstsboston kicked off in Jamaica Plain, and as usual us pedicab drivers were all over it!

Thanks as always to the incredible @shanabryantconsulting of @manifestedevents for having us back, and of course to @mayorwu and the @cityofboston for continuing support for this brilliant series.

🚶🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🕺💃🚲🦽🎉

I spend a lot of time in @cafesietejp first & foremost because they have three of the coolest people in #jamaicalain in one small space- Jeb, Tommy, & Peri, it keeps me out of the bars 🍻 and of course because they are all tip top ☕️ and 🫖 mixologists, but sometimes when I’m really 🥵 after a walk around the pond on a steamy day, I mix up my own little summer cooler concoction featuring their Hibiscus 🌺 🍋‍🟩 tea with a @grownupsoda 🥭 🍑 and it’s life itself.

Stop by #cafesiete and try it out, you can blame me if you don’t like it.

Too hot 🥵 for this old man with Irish ☘️ skin to get my 15k steps in most of the day but I got up early and went back to late and with some of these more hardcore routines all around me, how could I not walk 2 laps in the morning & 2 at night around @jamaicapond

The scenery always makes it easy, always familiar but never quite the same.

#jamaicapond is one of the only places in #boston not overrun by celebrating 🥳 drunken kilted #scotsmen right now, a little oasis tucked away from the madness.

I almost expected a member of the #tartanarmy to pop up out of the water and hop onto that tiny patch 🏝️ and proclaim “it’s my island” like in #Braveheart! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ⚔️

Don’t get me run, the Scottish invasion one of the greatest things I have ever seen in Boston, but sometimes you gotta get away for a moment!

Definitely one of my most interesting nights in Boston, the most interesting one ever without leaving #jamaicaplain
-Pregame at @thehavenjp at Massachusetts Only Scottish establishment @thehavenjp 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ⚽️
-Dinner and drinks (mocktails, no alchhol at the new @beyondproofjp with Melissa 🍲 🥤
- first half of the #knicks #spurs at @casaverdejp with Melissa 🏀 🇲🇽 🌮 🍹
-Knicks 2nd half at the @thejeaniejohnston with #karaoke including a long time reunion with #blackelvis aka Crazy Cabbie 🚕 brought the house down 🎤 🏀 🏆
- Back to the @thehavenjp with the Scottish 🍺 🥅 🥇 🤘

With all that, as much as it pains me the night belonged to life long, die hard @nyknicks fans like the Good Doctor 👨‍⚕️ @mandelwolf who had more fun on their couch than I did at all these places after 50 years of waiting, congrats 🎉🎈🍾🎊
