Spontaneous plans always end up being the most fun. Had zero plans to hit any festivals this year, then got a last-minute call with free tickets and said f it. No regrets. Amazing night, great people. 🕺🏻

True professional from start to finish.

@aviousgriffin made it quick with a 1st-round KO.

Miami for a week was great — now back to the grind in Vegas.

Busy start to the year already planned with 3 fights scheduled in January and February. 🥊 #boxing

Basic Thai stretching — often called Thai yoga massage or assisted Thai stretching — blends yoga-like poses, acupressure, and gentle rhythmic motion. Even the simple, foundational stretches offer a surprising range of benefits for both body and mind.

Here’s a breakdown of the key benefits:

⸻

🧘‍♀️ Physical Benefits
1. Improves flexibility and joint mobility
• The assisted stretches target tight muscles and fascia, gently increasing your range of motion.
• Helps release stiffness in the hips, shoulders, and spine.
2. Boosts circulation and lymphatic flow
• The rhythmic compressions and movements stimulate blood flow and help flush out metabolic waste.
3. Relieves muscle tension and soreness
• Especially effective after workouts or long periods of sitting.
• Helps reduce lactic acid buildup and promotes muscle recovery.
4. Enhances posture and alignment
• By opening tight areas (like hip flexors and chest) and releasing the lower back, Thai stretches naturally encourage better posture.
5. Supports nervous system balance
• Alternating stretches and acupressure points can shift the body into a parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) state, reducing physical stress.

⸻

🧠 Mental & Emotional Benefits
1. Deep relaxation and stress relief
• The meditative pace and mindful breathing promote calmness similar to yoga or meditation.
• Lowers cortisol (stress hormone) levels over time.
2. Increases body awareness (proprioception)
• Helps you tune in to where your body holds tension, improving self-awareness and coordination.
3. Improves sleep quality
• The relaxation and nervous system regulation can support deeper, more restorative sleep. #Thai #Stretch #MiamiBeach #SouthBeach
