What a night!

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us last Thursday, and to every guest who has walked through our doors, shared a meal, brought friends, come back again, and supported Electric Bleu over this first year.

Thank you to our team, past and present, who put so much love into this little restaurant every day. You are the heart of EB.

One year down, and we’re just getting started. We’re still learning, growing, and getting better every day. We hope you’ll come along for the ride in year 2!

One Year of Electric Bleu. 🇦🇺🇯🇵🇫🇷🇺🇸✨

First of all MERCI !

Join us as we celebrate our first anniversary with a week dedicated to the guests who made it all possible.

From August 11–16, we’re bringing back some of our most-loved dishes for a special “Greatest Hits” tasting menu, featuring Electric Bleu classics that you’ve been asking to see again.

Then on Thursday, August 13, celebrate with us at our Anniversary Party, a relaxed evening of burgers by Chef Craig Hopson, cold beers, great wine, music, and the community that made Electric Bleu feel like home.

More than a restaurant, Electric Bleu has become a neighborhood gathering place. Here’s to an unforgettable first year and an even better second.

Reserve now on Resy.

Guests have been loving Sydney’s Prawn Crudo, and we’ll have it on our tasting menu through the end of the month in celebration of Women’s History Month.

We feel so lucky to have such incredible women on our team, from Chef Sydney to our hosts Ashley and Mel, and our servers Aimee, Beverly, Emelly, and Jessica.
They bring so much warmth, heart, and talent to Electric Bleu, and we’re grateful for them every day. 💕💙

A journey across the globe 🌎
Four beings, one character
@motionpalace traveled around the world to capture scenes that connected Ulysses to the environment, following the story of the Odyssey. @neels.castillon vision and ambitious spirit lead his crew and us to create these amazing images. I’m honored to have been trusted by such an amazing director. @sagefanny guiding us through her artistic vision through choreography and helping us master our roles. And the whole crew working tirelessly to make magic. I’m so profoundly proud to be apart of @cerclemusic @derek_cercle ‘s Oddessey, that has once again proven to be a monumental moment for the music world. It will stand as a pillar for me. Thank you everyone.

I love my family so goddamn much…I mean that goes without saying but damn I don’t say it enough out loud.
Also I feel so fortunate to be able to work there from time to time. I’m proud of myself for making that happen. Expanding work opportunities all the way back home💛

Last night was so much fun at @pdxindiefilmnetworking @mcmenaminskennedyschool 💖💖💖 So much fun connecting with other local filmmakers and getting to see so many great projects! It was so exciting seeing @aweddingtodiego on the big screen again, and in such an amazing theater! 💕🩷💖 I am so happy people are enjoying our film and responding positively to our goal of increasing representation of transgender and nonbinary Latine folks.

What is going on? Right now I’ve just been craving connection with community because of all the shit happening this week. I’ve been balancing between experiencing certain joys and extreme upsets. I urge you to speak up for everything and everyone you care about. I’ve been having positive/necessary meetings with other trans and nonbinary BIPOC folk in Portland and in the country, and that has been one of the things most healing at the moment. I’ve been telling myself, keep making art, use your voice. I understand the irony of posting on this platform at the moment, and I’m looking for other ways to stay connected. Sending you a hug, you’re doing a good job taking care of yourself BY THE WAY IF YOU ARE NONBINARY GENDERFLUID GENDERQUEER AGENDER YOU ARE LOVED AND YOU ARE SO AMAZING AND VALID 💕🩷💖
