Spent the majority of the last 3 days in a tiny cabin in the woods.

Too much to share. But in conclusion: my life is fucking amazing.

I have so much to be grateful for, but what always stands out most is the people.

The people are what make me smile, laugh, love, and go after this life like we’ve only got one shot at it.

Above are a few of the people, places and opportunities that have made this last little chapter so damn special.

Don’t forget to say thanks. We get one shot at this thing.

72 hour decision. 2nd Race. One goal. SUB 60⚡️

What better way to finish off a fantastic Hyrox weekend than a mission accomplished with my biggest hype man @jplifts ! Thanks for convincing me to suffer back to back😅

But really… this was so FUN! It was a privilege to race alongside you JP. The energy, the laughs, the nerves, the 202 max hr… There’s something special about having a friend you who honours your abilities and pushes you to be all you can —while willing entering the pain cave with you because you both decide “we don’t deserve to go home without a sub 60.”😂

Tired legs. Full hearts. We did it.

This weekend goes down as one of the top HYROX trips 💚

racing with bestfriends, new friends who became permanent, spent time in the mountains, stomach hurting from laughing so hard in a house full of chaos agents.

God really has a way of placing you in the exact environments where you’re meant to grow, around people who bring out the best in you, experiences that make you feel fully alive, and moments that remind you just how much there is to be grateful for.

Pace: 7/km - 5/km

Great to be back in Canada for a week to reset and reload.

Had a rough few days in and out of the hospital dealing with stomach issues from something I picked up in Africa, but we’re getting back up to speed and locked in for HYROX NYC this weekend.

Wild last few months. Traveling all over the world doing what I love. Getting after it. Contagious energy, heavy weights, fast runs, a lot of laughs, and helping others do the same.

I knew this year was going to take off for me. I knew this would be the year things started to make sense. So many amazing people in my life who feel the same. I never wanted to be normal. Never wanted to sit behind a desk. Never wanted to live inside a box.

I want to surround myself with people who want to be different. Who challenge what’s “normal.”
