JAMIE’S day!!!! ❤️ The center of it all and the one who keeps it all going. Wish her a happy birthday, play an ’80s song in her honor, and shake a tambourine if you have one. HBD JP!!! We love you and appreciate everything you do ❤️🕺🏻

A message from Jamie, Owner of Revel & Reform:
As summer 2026 starts to wind down, I just want to thank everyone for making Revel & Reform such an amazing place.
It has been especially great for me this summer, getting to spend more time at Reform, teaching additional classes and meeting so many more people.
To my team, thank you for always having a smile and providing the best experience possible to everyone that walks through our doors.
And Alex, thank you for caring as much as I do! ❤️ ….it means more to me than you can imagine.

Happy 150 workouts at Reform to my bad ass motivating workout buddy and one of my best friends!! So proud of you for your commitment and dedication. You always show up—whether it’s to a workout, a hospital, a funeral, a hiking trip, glamping, camping (minus brief bathroom breaks lol), and more. Love you!! @janemallory88 @jpromislo @revelrideandreform

No END-OF-SUMMER blues here! Lucky for us, the fun keeps rolling well past August. Summer coming to a close means one thing: our ONLY off-season sale is here!
Live tomorrow, class packs will be discounted, valid for the entire off-season, and usable at both studios.
Whether you live at the shore full-time, come down on weekends throughout the off-season, or only make it “here and there,” this is the perfect time to stock up on classes and carry those summer vibes with you through the next 9 months.

That’s 200 times I’ve willingly climbed onto what looks like a medieval torture device, a bike that goes no where or danced around on a mat and paid money to be shaken like a skinny margarita (Alex’s choice) during obliques. 🫠
I’ve had deep, emotional moments with my thighs. I’ve questioned my life choices mid-plank more times than I can count. And yet… I keep coming back. I’ve cursed at heavy legs, made peace with the bungee and bar to the right, and discovered muscles I didn’t know existed (and still wish I didn’t). There were days I crushed it, and days I am just there as Alex’s hype girl.
Why? Because it works. Because the strength is real. Because the classes at Revel/Reform makes it worth every shaky second.
To anyone Reformcurious: You don’t have to be “ready.” Just show up, grip those carriage handles, and embrace the tremble. That’s where the magic (and the booty) happens. 🍑
Here’s to 200 classes, shakes, and probably 15,000 slow counts I’ll never mentally recover from. LFG. 🚀 but seriously How Lucky are we. Thanks Jamie and Alex for creating something magical. (And Angelique for always making a milestone special 💙)
