The Coach Tom birthday special💪 For Tom’s 29th birthday he led the staff through a banger of a workout. Pop punk, sled drags, and a whole lot of upper body.

Make sure you go wish @thehulk51 a happy birthday!🫡

Several thoughts that went through my head when writing my FIRST program to put to test on REAL athletes.

Everything is cool in practice but nothing beats real tests and results.

Also a way to shoutout influences on my current program.

Last but not least, Park City, UT. PT. 3.

Another great @businessofstrength retreat in the books and year 3 of being grateful enough to attend. I wrote this in my story when we came back home but truthfully as I reflected, I do believe I continue to get 1% better year after year.

Being surrounded by amazing gym owners and coaches from across the country is something I don't take for granted. I value the time and energy that everyone puts in towards not only their own gym businesses but to educate all of us and help us grow as a unit. All the coaches that I've met across the way and built friendships with, I appreciate all of you for taking part in helping me shape into who I am as a coach today.

Thank you @coachjoestrong & @dan_goodman78 for bringing all of us this year to represent Varsity House and celebrate 20 years of business. Shoutout to an amazing group of people I get to work with every day; especially @xoxoericaaxoxo for all the effort that it takes to bring events like these to life.

Thank you to everyone who made this event an unforgettable one.

THE SPEED FEED⚡️ You’re looking at one week of adults, athletes & coaches getting faster. All ages, all class groups, one goal.

Feed both sides.

The era of the SPEED FEED is here!!

Don’t be fooled out there with other low market treadmills. This is the only one of its kind and the only one on the east coast. It’s also the only one to develop true top end speed!

Don’t believe us? If you DM us, commit to 2x week training on it for a month and don’t get faster on the ground, we will give you your money back!!!

Coach Trav and Coach Joe off in Utah learning from the best on how they can serve our pack better.

Got a bonus by getting to see @ryanstines before he heads to NY for @pll awards banquet.

Not just talking growth, actually building it.
ㅤ
From extending our lease to tightening up roles and systems, everything comes back to one question: how do we serve better and create more opportunity for our coaches and our community.

Second pic is some babies that had no idea what they were doing lol. @gcchidsey @jpstrength_training

Joe, owner of The Strength Feed, shares how getting serious about the numbers transformed his gym.
ㅤ
After Executive Day, he built a real budget and tracked every dollar. Result: 33% year to year growth and a 15 to 20% increase in memberships without adding more coaches.
