Beginners Class: 6:30-7:30pm If you have never tried ropeflow before, or are quite new to it this is the class for you. Intermediate Class: 7:30-8:30pm if you know the fundamentals and are moving onto some of the trickier moves and transitions then this is for you. £10 per class, paid by cash or card on arrival. The first of hopefully many Ropeflow Meet Ups in Brighton A wet and windy day. Some shelter acquired by being underneath the bandstand but still got pretty damn wet. Worth it though. If you want to come to the next one let me know! You can be a complete beginner and don't even need to have a rope, I can bring one for you :)

We Physiotherapists stand on our feet 👣 a lot so a session of reflexology with @jpwellbeing today was absolutely magical! But as I learned today reflexology is not just about the feet! It’s a whole body treatment using acupressure points and touch which is deeply relaxing and wonderfully grounding. Jules has an intuitive touch which is both gentle and powerful at the same time. Jules has amazing attention to detail and has created a beautifully calm space to enjoy her treatments… The whole experience from start to finish was just gorgeous 💛 #relax #reflexology #acupressure #feet #physiotherapy #therapy #grounded #wellbeing #wellness #onelife
