Just a little ode to my wonderful Dad on Father’s Day, with a quirky photo of him wearing Mum’s hat 😅🥰

Here’s a little snippet from my interview with the lovely @jrdee_ about a piece of wisdom my Dad shared that really stuck with me:

“From small acorns, big oak trees grow” 🌳

I miss you everyday. But, you brought so much fun into our lives with your kaleidoscopic personality that I can’t help but smile each time I think of you. Thank you for all the love, all the memories, for your wise advice, for all the laughs, and so much more.

I’ll love you forever and always, Dad 🤍

SYNESTHESIA: a phenomenon that causes sensory crossovers - like hearing colours or tasting sounds 🎨

Before speaking to @jrdee_ about this I had no idea about how synesthesia could manifest and even influence the artistic process. I was mind blown!

To watch / listen to honest conversations about art and creativity through the lens of people’s stories, follow @projecttorchlightpodcast 🧡 Link in bio to watch / listen to episodes! ✨

N.B. the cover photo of this reel and the backdrop of the “synesthesia” definition is actually the cover of JRDee’s album, SYNESTHESIA ! Go check it out, it’s awesome! 😍
