Jack had one summer to get better. He made it count.

Jack came to TrueAP with a simple plan: use the summer to become a better athlete before returning to school and baseball.

He committed to training multiple days per week and knocked out 20 sessions—and the improvement in that short window speaks for itself.

He got more explosive, faster, and quicker changing direction, building physical tools that translate directly to the field.

Jack is a great example of what can happen when an athlete takes advantage of the time between seasons.

You don’t always need years to make progress. You need a plan, consistency, and a willingness to work.

Scenes from a showcase. So proud of my dancer athletes. From D1 football players to MD's highest basketball score to ballerinas, these students provided an amazing evening of dance.
