México we took an L last night

Very proud of our team and very inspired seeing them working their asses off till the end.
As some of yall have seen I’ve left the bay for a bit and I’ve come to visit some family out here in the mother land. Maybe I can tattoo some peeps out here that would be sick af.
But yeah,
Shit has hit the fan so hard on my side that the fan blew up, so I’ve came out here for a quick mental reset
.
For those of you that want to help and know what’s going on, anything helps whether it’s housing leads, or bringing your family, friends, bosses, or partners to come get tattooed when I come back.
I already have a few clients and friends booked for when I get back but I need fill my month to get out of this hole we’re in, so again anything helps, shiii I’ll even take one of them good ol fashion hugs jajaja (laughing in Mexican)

Para los que están en los EU ya habrán visto, que dejé la zona de la Bahía por un poquito de tiempo y vine a visitar a familia aquí en Teocal, en la tierra de mis raíces. Quizás pueda tatuar a alguien por aquí; eso estaría brutal 🤘🏾

3 years in the auto tech day program… and what a ride it’s been.
I came in as a quiet kid who barely talked, just trying to find my place. I’m leaving with 5 ASE certifications (A5–A8 + L1), leadership experience, and memories I’ll carry forever. Everyone knows my name now, and honestly, that’s still crazy to me.

Serving as Vice President this past year was a true honor. Huge shoutout to my fellow officers Alexis (President), Julio (Secretary), Josh (ICC Rep), and Thomas (Treasurer). We did many firsts as a club, things that hadn’t been done before. From organizing events to feeding the entire program for Thanksgiving two years in a row, we built something special together.

I showed up every day at 6:05am because I believed in what we were building. This program gave me purpose, and I wanted to give it everything I had.

To the instructors, Dave, Brett, and James, thank you for all the guidance, patience, and support along the way. And a very special thank you to Pete, who taught my final class: Engine Performance. That class was something else; nothing will ever top how amazing it was. It was the perfect way to end this journey.

Shoutout to my partners over the years: Mikey, Herbert, Hector, Alexis, and every third year who stood beside me in the shop. You all made the long days feel short and the hard work worth it.

Receiving a scholarship was something I never expected. To be seen, chosen, and supported like that means more than I can put into words. Thank you to those who believed in me.

There’s truly nothing like the day program. I’ll always be proud to say I came from here.
Next stop: Master Tech and Smog License. 🛠️💙

This weekend was crazy. Thank you to @streetvaderz @specialized.aviation and anyone else involved for allowing us to spread De Anza love at Cars & Copters this past weekend. My friends and I had a blast and we can’t wait for the next event! Shoutout to @chaz_towing for allowing us to take a picture in front of the big boy!
