Almost at 36 weeks. Our little boy 🩵🦶🏼

You are already so loved by the amazing family and friends around us. We celebrated you already with them.

Thanks for the babyshower to all of you and all of you who couldn’t be there but would have loved to be.

We all can’t wait to meet you little one. 🫶🏻

🏝️☀️🐠29 weeks pregnant and road trippin’ with my love and baby boy in the cutest vintage rental on a Greek island.

Winding roads, olive trees, small villages, and spontaneous photo stops—just soaking it all in, bump and all 👀 (guess there is no hiding anymore lol).

🐣💪🏼 28 weeks pregnant and still showing up for me and this little miracle growing inside me.

Every day is different. Some mornings I wake up feeling strong and energized, and other days, my body tells me it needs more rest—and I honor that. Pregnancy isn’t about pushing through; it’s about tuning in.🫂

I’m not chasing PRs or hitting intense workouts right now. I’m focusing on movement that feels good, eating nourishing food that fuels both of us, and taking plenty of time to rest and recover. Listening to my body has never been more important. ✨

To all the mamas-to-be out there: give yourself grace, listen closely, and celebrate the strength you show every single day.

🥑🍓What i eat in a day - 26 weeks pregnant 🤰🏻

I eat pretty much the same things as before pregnancy.
Switchting up ingredients in my smoothiebowl (real great to add avocado or spinach to it!). But because I eat vegetarian/vegan, I am more aware of consuming certain vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, iron and omega-3.

For this I take extra supplements and choose certain foods such as almonds, walnuts, quinoa and spinach to get enough of it for baby boy 🩵.

For me, nutrition always has been a big part of my lifestyle and interest what makes it quite easy to adjust for me.

Ofcourse i also have pregnancy cravings, for a while I had a craving for old cheese, then for croissants, then for broccoli and now for a few weeks for orange juice. 🍊🥐🥦

I try to keep varying my diet and only give in to the ‘unhealthy’ cravings on the weekends (Fri/Sunday). That way I make sure to keep my health in balance, during pregnancy and for recovering after, but also I am balancing how i am feeling mentally about my changing body. 🫶🏻
