The mortgage industry was built for one kind of borrower: W-2, two years at the same desk, a tax return that looks like everyone else's. If that's not you, the traditional banks treat you like a risk instead of what you actually are — a business owner, an investor, a self-made earner.

That's backwards. And it's costing smart buyers real money.
Here's the truth most loan officers won't tell you: you are not the problem. The cookie-cutter loan box is. If you write off expenses, run multiple entities, get paid on 1099s, or live off your assets, a standard lender sees "not enough income" on paper while your bank statements tell a completely different story.

I structure loans around how you actually make money — bank statement programs, P&L-only, DSCR for investors, asset utilization, WVOE. Real income, qualified the right way. No forcing your life into a form that was never designed for you.
Don't be a sheep. Stop getting penalized for building something nontraditional. The buyers who win in this market are the ones who stop accepting "no" from people who never understood their finances in the first place.

This is invite-only access to strategies most borrowers never hear about. If you're ready to be qualified on your terms, let's talk.

HOME LOANS MADE SIMPLE. NO CONFUSION. JUST SOLUTIONS.

If you are self-employed, have complex income, recently moved, or have been told "no" somewhere else — this post is for you.

At MBANC, we specialize in mortgage solutions that fit real life. Bank statement loans. DSCR investor loans. Jumbo purchases. Construction-to-permanent financing. High-balance refinances. We work with borrowers who do not fit the conventional box — and we close loans that other lenders walk away from.

Whether you are buying a primary residence, a vacation home, or an investment property in Hawaii, Utah, California, or across the country, we have the programs and the experience to get it done.

Here is what working with us looks like: a straight conversation about your situation, a clear breakdown of your options, and a loan officer who actually knows the guidelines — not just the marketing.

If you have a deal in mind or a question you have been afraid to ask, reach out today. The call costs nothing. Not acting on a good opportunity does.

Ronald Emmanuel Rod, age 59, of Gilbert, Arizona, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born on May 22, 1966, in San Francisco, California, Ron was the beloved son of Reginald and Patricia Rod. He grew up with his siblings on the island of Oahu in the state of Hawaii, where the island’s spirit of Ohana, shaped his deep sense of family, loyalty, and love for life.

Ron proudly served his country as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army, including a deployment to Iraq, where his leadership, courage, and devotion to his soldiers reflected his patriotism and strength of character.

Ron was a Kajukenbo 1st degree black belt, an accomplishment that embodied his honesty, loyalty, and profound love of the art. His training was not only a discipline but also a way of life that influenced how he lived—with respect, perseverance, and integrity.

Above all, Ron was a devoted husband who deeply loved his wife, Judith. He was forever grateful for her unwavering love, compassion, and loyalty, which gave him strength and comfort throughout his life. Their bond was a true partnership, built on mutual respect and enduring devotion.

Beyond his service and achievements, Ron found joy in the simple and meaningful parts of life: the laughter of family, the bonds of brotherhood, and the companionship of his cherished dogs, Justice and Spike. His humor, warmth, and unwavering presence brought comfort to those around him.

He is survived by his wife, Judith; his brothers, Tim and Jay, his sister, Magdalena, his Stepchildren Mitchell Young and Stephanie Rabun. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ron will be laid to rest with full military honors at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii, with his family present. Service date and time will be announced.

Ron will be remembered for his strength, his compassion, and his vibrant spirit. His legacy of patriotism, love, and integrity will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
