May: Some running and a lot of NYC. But they always seem to go together for me and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Impromptu 26.2 miles from Bentonville to Fayetteville with an incredible group of friends at the start of May which was exactly what we needed in many ways.

And of course, took my son and husband to NYC to show them my favorite city that oddly feels comfortable even though it couldn’t be more different than where we live. But upon arrival it was apparent why it feels like a home. Because of the people this city has brought into my life and I owe all of that to running. I am so thankful for each one of them and there are many not pictured here.

I will forever preach that running is so much more than running and we cannot forget to lose sight of that in the process. 🫶

The saltiest, most perfect week on set in Turks and Caicos. Five salt-soaked days shooting a family lifestyle campaign with a crew that set the tone from the start. Felt like old friends by day two.

The kids were pros, then barefoot and back in the sea the minute we wrapped.

Grateful for the work. More so for the people.
A pinch-me kind of week, and a privilege to live it.
Can’t wait to see everything come to life.
