From May 12th to the 23rd, I traveled over 4,500 miles away from home to support the European Leadership Forum in Poland. Grateful for the chance to use my background in production and serve church leaders from across Europe!

Don’t wait until something breaks to pay attention to it. Here’s how to clean your disposal and sharpen the blades in 60 seconds:
1️⃣ 2 Cups of Ice: Knocks off debris and helps
sharpen the blades.
2️⃣ White Vinegar: Breaks up the gunk and
neutralizes the odor. (Pro Tip: You can swap
this for a lemon if you want that citrus smell!)
3️⃣ Cold Water: Run it until the ice is gone.

Save this reel for your next deep clean!

4 Beds, Finished Basement in Centennial.

Finding 3,980 sq ft in Westfield’s top amenity neighborhood for $574,900 is becoming impossible.
This isn’t a “fixer-upper” either. It has:
- 9ft Basement Ceilings
- 2-Car Garage
- New mechanicals
- Estridge Build Quality

We are seeing move-up buyers fight over homes like this because the new construction equivalent would cost $750k+.

Comment TOUR for the full video walkthrough and floor plan details.

STOP wasting money on your heating bill!
Did you know your ceiling fan has a “Winter Mode”? Most homeowners in Indy forget this step every year.
Here is the science: Heat rises. By flipping the switch on your fan motor, you reverse the blades to spin CLOCKWISE. This creates an updraft that gently pushes all that trapped warm air off the ceiling and back down to you.
Share this with a friend who is always cold!

Don’t let a 60-second task turn into a $10,000+ burst pipe disaster. Here’s your 4-step plan to winterize your home right now

1️⃣ DISCONNECT all hoses. (This is the #1 most important step!)
2️⃣ SHUT OFF the water from the inside valve (usually in your basement).
3️⃣ BLEED the line by opening the spigot back outside.
4️⃣ COVER the spigot with a $5 insulated cover.
A purpose-driven life includes being a good steward of your home and your finances. Protecting your investment now means peace of mind all winter.

📌 SAVE this video as your official reminder and go do it right now!

As your guide to the North Indy suburbs, my job is to provide value long after the sale. If you’re ready to find a home that fits your purpose, I’m here to guide you. 📲
