That’s a wrap on elementary school! 🎓✨
Middle school, here she comes!

Part of me still sees my little girl, and part of me can’t believe how grown up you’re becoming. It feels like just yesterday you were starting kindergarten, and now you’re ready for this exciting next chapter.
Slow down, time. 💕

We are so proud of you and can’t wait to watch you shine in middle school! 🌟🫶🏻

Is title insurance different for co-ops vs. condos?

This is a common question we receive at Metropolitan Abstract & here’s the key distinction:

•Condos are real property (title insured)
•Co-ops are shares (no traditional title insurance)

$2.46M | Williamsburg

Earlier this month, Metropolitan Abstract handled title on this 2,261 sq ft duplex condominium.

A pleasure collaborating with buyer’s attorney, Sandy Todd Schwartz, Founding Partner of SLPS PLLC, to bring this deal across the finish line.
