•went some places, did some new things and was blessed with having some amazing people in my corner who have inspired me, helped push me beyond my limits, and encouraged me to be my most confident self.

Proverbs 27:17 “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” God is so good!🙏🏼

Here’s to 2025 being filled with more amazing experiences, people and memories🥂

A bit late but felt all the love being able to celebrate while being surrounded with all the wonderful people I am blessed to have in my life. This is the year of growth, new opportunities, spontaneity, courage and an abundance of self love.

Thank you everyone for all the birthday wishes, beautiful flowers, gifts, celebratory days and nights, and all the fruitful friendships. I am so grateful!

F45 Del Mar puts the team in TEAMWORK. All those push ups, squats and burpees are finally being put to use! 😁🔥💪

Join us again this year for a 5k Spartan Race on Sunday, April 14th at the Pala Fox Raceway! The event is about 45 miles north of the studio. Our race time will start around 10-10:30am and the whole obstacle course takes about 1-2 hours to complete.

All fitness levels are welcome to join! You can sprint, jog or even walk the 5k event. Some of the obstacles we had to overcome were: jumping over walls, throwing a spear, playing on monkey bars, climbing a rope and crawling under barbed wire.

Let us know if you’re interested and we can give you our discount code!

When your F45 squad has the muscles and the brains. We had an amazing community night at Cross Street Chicken Del Mar and played Trivia! 🧠💡

We took home 1st place out of 19 teams! 🥇

Sharks take the trail 🦈 🌲

Today the Strength Tank Team went on an adventure in Mission Trails! There were twists and turns and ups and downs but we worked together and made it out alive (except for maybe Kornel)!
