SOUND HEALING

USES: Meditation, being played in the background of our daily lives and sleep.

Sound healing is the practice of using audio tones and vibrational frequencies to repair damaged tissues and cells within the body. It works on the idea that all matter is vibrating at specific healing frequencies, with sickness, disease, depression, and stress causing human beings to vibrate at a lower frequency. Therefore, listening to Taummhoms may cause your overall vibrational frequency to be raised and your sleep and health to improve. #brainhealth #brain #research #dallastexas #mentalhealth #brainperformance #fascinating #sleep #restore #neuroscience

Proper deep sleep can:

Help the brain process new information through something called ‘memory consolidation’? Studies show that people who slept after learning a task scored higher in tests on it later.

Stimulate creativity. Your brain reorganizes and restructures daily events making them stronger which may result in enhanced creativity. Harvard research shows that people seem to strengthen the emotional components of a memory during sleep, which may assist in the creative process.

Make you a better athlete! Stanford University studies show that college football players that tried to sleep at least 10 hours a night for seven to eight weeks improved their average sprint time and had less daytime fatigue along with more stamina. Results of the study also reflect findings seen in tennis players and swimmers. #brainhealth #frequencyhealing #research #brain #eeg #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #checkin

Have you ever noticed that naps on a rainy day are among the best, most restorative sleep moments of your life? Yep, there’s something to that soft pitter-patter of rainfall that helps our minds relax, creating a sense of safety and comfort, and lulls us into a steady, deep sleep.

In fact, certain sounds and rhythms can synch up with our brain wave frequencies, deepening our sense of peace and relaxation, while our bodies take the rest it needs to repair and restore.

On a more scientific level, sunlight triggers our bodies to stop producing the hormone melatonin, which makes us sleepy at night. When it's raining and skies are overcast, we can miss out on our body's internal alarm clock. So, getting a little more support in a natural, sound frequency healing way can make all the difference in the world. #highlyrecommended #brainhealth #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #awareness #freetrial #lifechanging #betterthantherest #simplythebest #taummhoms #sleepaid #soundhealing
