following your dreams requires an investment in yourself 🩵it can be so scary, but it’s necessary to some degree!! I post this to normalize the fact that the ✨glamorous✨ things you see online do in fact have a cost! I loved this experience and it was undoubtedly worth it, but it’s an important conversation to have for independent artists! ily thanks for being here #musicbusiness #financialtransparency #money #newartist #music

HERE'S TO OUR EXES, HOLLER! 🍷🍻
Full review coming soon but I am still feeling the high from last night's performance of @oilandwhiskeymusical ! One of the incredible perks of being a podcast host (like follow and subscribe @calltimetheatrepod 🎭🎙😉), is going to see shows get their Marquee Moment in real time! Incredibly floored by the TREMENDOUS talent of the entire cast and crew (check out the quick spoiler free clip show at the end). Special shoutout to future Grammy winner sweetheart @corneliusversa , now that we've officialy met without a screen dividing us, and for the kindness, support and warmth from @therealdaxwiley ,also a hostess with the mostest, making last night an truly memorable experience.
Even if I didn't have those drinks last night (lord knows thats the most whiskey I've had in AGES) I wouldve been drunk on vibes alone. Best wishes for the rest of the tour and cheers to the FUTURE of Oil & Whiskey ❤️‍🔥✨️

Can country music and musical theater actually work together? Oil & Whiskey doesn't just try - it pulls it off. With powerhouse vocals, whiskey-soaked ballads, a live band worthy of Nashville, and just enough story to tie everything together, this intimate new musical feels less like a traditional stage production and more like stumbling into the best country concert in the world.

I’m so unbelievably excited to finally share this announcement!
I plan to talk about the process in more detail in my newsletter soon (are you signed up?) but for now...

Thank you to the entire @godsmack team for entrusting me with the band’s vision. This graphic novel breathes the “Awake” album from “Sick of Life” to “Spiral” and everything in between (and more)!

Deep appreciation goes to @nate.yocum, @y2killvintage, @swansonx87, @ashavildsen and everyone else at @sumeriancomics for believing that I have the chops to handle a licensed project of this magnitude.

Last but not least, I’m so grateful to my fellow collaborators, @giusi_lopi, @enomisdangel, @tony_sardina, and @eduardoschaal. What a beautiful book you talented folks made!

Don’t forget to preorder your copy of GODSMACK: AWAKE today! I'm so unbelievably excited to finally share this announcement!

PERSPECTIVE SHIFT❣️ I didn’t go to music school, I stopped playing live for 2 years. In October, when I decided to start writing and playing music again I started to notice I was the “least experienced” person in the room… good :)

so thankful for all my talented collaborators + friends who inspire me <3
