I’m a mother, but I’m also so much more than the title. 🤎

I’m a personal trainer. A Pilates instructor. A gym owner. A wife. A dance lover. A dog mom. A dreamer. A woman still growing, learning, building, and figuring it all out along the way.

Some days I’m building a business. Some days I’m building stronger bodies. Some days I’m just trying to keep all the plates spinning while making sure my girls know they are my greatest blessing. 🫶🏼

Motherhood didn’t take away the other parts of me. It gave them a deeper purpose.

I can love being a mom with my whole heart AND still have dreams of my own. I can show up for my family AND make time to take care of myself. I can be proud of the woman I’m becoming while being grateful for the life I’ve built.

Because we are allowed to be more than one thing.

We can be mothers, wives, business owners, friends, athletes, creators, and women with big dreams. We don’t have to shrink one part of ourselves to make room for another.

And if you needed the reminder today, this is it. 🤍

You’re allowed to be a great mom and still be YOU.

Tell me in the comments: What’s one part of YOU that you never want to lose in motherhood? 👇🏼

Consider this your sign to make time for YOU.

Not next Monday. Not when life slows down. Not when you finally have more time. NOW. 💪🏼

Between work, kids, practices, and everything else on your plate, it’s easy to put yourself last. But taking just 30–40 minutes to move your body can be a powerful way to invest in your strength, energy, and confidence.

At Collective Fitness, we make movement purposeful, effective, and part of your real life.

🤎 Reformer Pilates for core strength, balance & control
🔥 Strength training to build muscle & stronger bones
🥊 Boxing to build power & coordination
⚡ Hybrid classes to get more out of your workout
💪🏼 Personal training for your individual goals

For women, athletes, men, and kids — there’s a place for you here.

You don’t have to do it all. You just have to start showing up for yourself. And we’ll meet you there. 🤍

📍 Downtown Ocean Springs, MS
📲 Book your next class through the Momence app or visit collectivefitnessstudio.com.

Save this as your reminder to show up for yourself, or share it with the friend who needs a little push to get back into her routine. 👯‍♀️

The number on the scale used to tell me how I was doing.

Now?

I’d rather feel strong than small.
Rested than depleted.
Capable than restricted.

The older I get, the more I realize I don’t want to spend my life chasing a smaller version of myself.

I want muscle.
I want energy.
I want strong bones.
I want to move well.
I want to keep up with my kids.
I want to feel good in my body—and actually enjoy my life while I’m in it.

Maybe getting older isn’t about doing MORE to your body.

Maybe it’s about doing better FOR your body.

That’s a big part of what we’re about at Collective Fitness, building strength, confidence, mobility, and a body that supports the life you actually want to live.

If you’re ready to stop chasing smaller and start building stronger, come move with us. 🤎

Yesterday’s ribbon cutting for The Collective was such an emotional moment for me. Watching Jessica turn her vision into a place where people can grow, heal, and become stronger, mentally and physically..was so incredibly special.

She is grace, strength, and so deeply loved. To know her is to love her, and I love her more than words can say. ❤️

I’m so proud of you, Jessica. Come see what she’s created at The Collective! ✨
