4 days-675kms on our bikes Through this adventure, Dr. Harb wants to raise awareness about living a healthy lifestyle. He truly believes that an active life will “push” you away from cancer. I believe that’s true, but I also think cancer can strike like a cruel lottery… Through this ride, we raise money to support cancer patients throughout their entire journey. Dr. Harb’s life is dedicated to saving as many patients affected by cancer as he can. He does this ride in part to honour these patients. But we all have our reasons for deciding to embark on a 675km bike ride. As for me, I do it to honour family members, friends, and clients that I’ve lost or who have gone through—and are still going through—living with cancer and its effects. Throughout the 4 days, we had so many cars and people cheering us on… all I could think about was how everyone is affected by cancer, and seeing us go by was also a symbol of solidarity. 🤍 And at the end of the day, the final wish is to have as many cancer patients as possible ring that bell! Thank you to the volunteers who did such an amazing job at taking care of us.❤️ You can also honour someone you love by making a small donation. Link in bio🙏🏻 #awareness

75km road ride with my Dad on his 75th Birthday. I think we held him back too. Kennebecasis Valley road riding is as good as it gets.
